The bathtub and shower. holy smokes. there was only glass half way and when taking a shower the water sprayed everywhere in the room. it took every towel we had to wipe up the floors and and walls. the amount we paid did not cover another $30 fee. we arrived early in the day and they offered us breakfast. when i checked out, i had to pay an extra $21 because that breakfast was not included.

I love the street it was located on. we walked to our vatican meeting spot from here. being we are not familiar with Rome, winding thru the street and finding the spot was a little difficult. The facllities were modern. The room and bathroom were beautiful. the staff called us a taxi when needed. they held on to our luggage when we arrived early so we could explore.

Location. Staff very helpful through the stay. Breakfast was great. Offered umbrella during rainy morning. Front of property faced pedestrian protected walkways with ample restaurants, gift shops, etc. Staff arraigned private transportation to the airport on our departure day - driver was on time and very pleasant.

The scrambled eggs for breakfast were too runny. THe bath tub was quite difficult to step into for a short person.

Great Location. Could walk to many historic sites. Vary close to the Vatican. Nice neighborhood with restaurants and gelato shops.

Wasn't hotel fault, but the price I was first given was a lot less than we were charged. Wouldn't trust booking.com again.

For a sightseeing trip to Rome, it was perfect.

Location - the Vatican was a short walk away. There were loads of restaurants on the cobbled streets outside the hotel.

Property is very ideal. So many restaurants outside, Vatican is just 3-5 mins walk. We were also upgraded to a spacious suite with big terrace. Breakfast is also nice. Very good and clean place

The staff at the front desk (especially Chiara) were exceptionally helpful. Location is on a street with lots of cute little restaurants, less than 2 blocks from the Vatican. We had a beautiful room on the 1st floor with a private outdoor terrace. Really lovely.

I literally cannot think of any bad points.

Proximity to centre of many sights. Location is excellent. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Breakfast buffet is of high quality. I asked for a few recommendations regarding eating locally and the reception staff really did know the best places to dine out, I was so grateful with the options they offered. They have a great cocktail service area in the reception area. It's a central, comfortable hotel with great staff.

The sink in the room was kind of cluttered and it was a pain to use it. I suggest they check the bathrooms before the guests do the check-in, to make sure the sinks are not cluttered and the shower does not leak.

The location is excellent, very close to St Peter basilica and Castel Sant Angelo, and well connected to the rest of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was also very clean. Most importantly, it has an elevator, which is a big plus when you have luggage to carry. There are many good restaurants in the area, which is great.

The location is perfect for visiting the the Vatican City. The rooms are immaculate and the bathrooms are the best we had in Italy. Great restaurants right outside the door on the pedestrian street. Breakfast was ok.
