Location was a bit confusing at first, but accommodations were great. Short walking distance from the train station, grocery, and landmarks.

There was a constant sound of water draining from the refrigerator, the bathroom drain pipe was blocked, and the bathroom water was too small and not hot.

Staff welcoming and cheerful. Very close to the station. Very clean. Abundant and varied breakfast available in a room with a picturesque view of the rooftop.

The coffee maker made too much noise. There was some noise from the street by running cars. The elevator was difficult to use or did not work well. We had to carry our luggage via stairs. The room had mushy smell.

The location could not be better. The breakfast was fair.

The location is very close to the train terminal and in close proximity to the tourist attractions. The staff are really helpful, we were allowed to deposit our luggage prior to check-in time.

location is perfect, just 3 min from the railway station and 10 min from the center (on foot). The staff is very friendly, and breakfast is simple, but you can find something to eat.

The hotel is convenient for the railway station and for walking into the city. Our room was very pleasant and spacious, and a good buffet breakfast was served in the breakfast room.. this could be crowded at times.

The room walls were filthy and wallpaper peeling. It had a smell that was not great with an air freshener that was worse. The top Covers and blankets were not So desired!

The location to train station was perfect. Although I thought there was parking, there was not. The breakfast was good and nice set up! The staff were friendly, not warm though. Expect less here. I stayed across the street and the staff were warm And provided maps And made sure all My needs were met! The bed was clean and relatively comfortable.

The room was really small and so was the bed. But it was not much of an issue as I was alone.

The location is great—just across the train station from Florence and near the market and all tourist attractions. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast options were decent.

To get to reception, one has to take a small, old elevator to get to the second floor. While the pictures on booking.com suggest that the hotel is the whole building, there are two other lodgings that share the building.

location was good with short walk to the duomo with lots of restaurants along the way. breakfast was excellent in a very nice dining room. the room was a decent size and was clean and comfortable.

Really nice localisation (10 minutes to Il Duomo and 2-3 minutes to the station), beautiful view from the room balcony and good breakfast offer. Highly recommend it for such price!

Property could use refreshing, looks worn but was clean.
