Very comfortable bed, very nice pillow and bed sheets, nice bathroom. The room is in the old style.

The beds were rolled together with a flat sheet that didn’t keep them in place so they rolled apart a little at night. The reception and bag storage opened at 1000 so I didn’t leave my bag as planned before I had to go out for the day.

The canal view was amazing! The room was super quiet at night. Check in was smooth.

Not sure there's anything you could do to improve this for the price and location. The bed mattress was quite firm which isn't to everyone's liking. The shower facility could've had a bracket fitted to the wall so you didn't have to hold the shower head while cleaning.

We booked this last minute (on the way to the airport!) as our original booking with another company had failed us and had not secured our original room. We found this which was in the heart of Venice and decided to go for it. The rooms looked really nice in the pictures and the price was very reasonable for 2 nights (considering you'd pay roughly the same price for a premier inn or similar in a city in the UK). Everything you'd want to see in Venice is a few minute walk from the location, as is the ferry port to the airport, so booking this hotel worked out much better for us. We arrived late which wasn't a problem for the desk staff, who was very helpful and friendly.

Quite steep stairs, but to be expected from an older style property.

It was well located and close to a lot of pleasant attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. Plus the air-con made the room very comfortable without drying the air out so much it would give me a headache (which is what normal happens to me in most cheaper air-con systems). I would stay again.

Two single beds tied together are not exactly a double bed, but no harm done. Less young customers might be less happy though. the shower needs fixing as well, but these are small things☺️

I expected the room to be the same as in the picture but it wasn’t and another thing that was uncomfortable it was the bed. The frame of the bed was double but with two single mattress on it and it was very disappointing.

The location of the property was perfect, it was what we looked for. The staff in the reception were communicated and explained us everything.

The powerpoints turned off when you left the room so it was hard to charge things. Also the view was nice but not as nice as other canal rooms I've been too.

The bed was two beds put together, which makes it a bit uncomfortable in the middle since they spread out. The shower didn’t have a proper place to hang it so you had to grab it by hand.

the room was small, the ceiling was a little broken, the bathroom was nice but old, weak wifi signal, it was dust on bedside table, and we had to pay 20 E because we arrived 1h after 8pm
