20 mins. walk from the station. Close to bus stop for car hire pickup point. Elegant older building with light airy rooms. Very good breakfast.

Heating. The air conditioning system was working but besides making a lot of noise it did not provide any heating. The host made an effort and turned on the central heating however it would have been required to keep the heating on non stop. The room was big with very high ceiling and very difficult to maintain heat. That is why my overall rating is 9, instead of 10.

Very nice host who made it all to make us feel at home. Very friendly and professional. From the arrival on which we got very detailed instructions on how to obtain the key and access to the building and room up to the point of departure. Very big and cozy room, as well as the whole location.

There is some free street parking available but it's quite hard to find a spot nearby. Our room was pleasant but smaller than I expected from the pictures, and there was a lot of street noise.

The apartment is conveniently located close to local cafes and restaurants and the decor is really charming. They served a really nice breakfast with lots of different choices.

Everything was excellent!

The room was excellent! Aesthetically impressive, very spacious and clean. We were really happy about the fact that Dimora Novecento satisfied all our special requirements (related to our baby needs etc). The customer service by your friendly and helpful staff was brilliant! Also, really convenient location in a quiet neighbourhood minutes away from the historical city centre.

Everything was absolutely amazing. Very kind staff. All of them helpful. So tasty breakfast! They told us where we can go out, have fun, eat and shop. It is no coincidence that it has so many awards! Congratulations Paola!

- nice welcome and introduction of the city after our arrival - well-kept tenement house with interestingly arranged rooms - silence and privacy - 2 minutes walk to the bust stop - buses run very frequently and for 1,2 EUR you can get to the airport, the journey takes about 10 minutes - I really apreciate the fact that after check out we could left our baggage in the lobby and recolect it later. We had a flight late in the evening and after whole day spent walking arount the city we could came back here, use the bathroom, take a shower and refresh. That was really helpful :)

The breakfast was good, and varied. Staff were all lovely and helpful. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The location was great and so close to the restaurant and bars districts and the beach, and the main train station.

The staff are super helpful and friendly, they do everything they can to make sure you feel welcome, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are wooooow. Impresive high ceilings and beautiful decoration. If we are back in pescara we will definetly stay there.

Exceelnt room very clean and nice, The location is excellnt and the staff were rally nice. The breakfast was nice. The room itself was packed with origial features and also had a nice little balcony. Although such a large room with massive ceiling heights the weather was cold outside butthe room was toastie warm. Thank you for the stay
