Generally the perfect accommodation for staying in San Giminano. Small but everything we could want including goo wifi. Our host was gracious and helpful going out of her way to accommodate our arrival time.

Excellent host. She let us drop our backpacks off early and then check in early. The room is absolutely charming, impeccably clean, and has great light. Great location in the heart of downtown close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, the beds were a bit small and not confortable for us, and I'd consider changig the mattresses as a good sleep gives you a good mood for the next day.

The location was great, inside the medieval city, in a historical building. Signora Brunella was very nice and provided us some information, such as tourist attractions and places to eat. The room had a cosy atmosphere, with a nice sized bathroom.

Bed quite hard and no washing facilities. Pretty dark room in the day time and can get quite hot at night.

Wonderful historic residence just inside the hustle and bustle of the old city. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with fridge and table. Brunella is a terrific host who gave us lots of information about the best places to eat in the city. We followed her recommendations and loved it. I know some people might be concerned about no air conditioning but we were just fine with fan inside room and breeze coming through open windows

Amazing property! The photos don’t do it justice. Historic building, high wood beam ceilings, but all updated to modern standards. All while staying down to earth. The host was extremely welcoming, flexible and nice :) Even some snacks and drinks available in the room at cost. A fantastic place in San Gimignano if you are looking for authentic over luxury - but still pretty luxurious!

the lady who runs it is extremely nice and friendly, she made the guests a map and her favorite attractions and restaurants in the old town that really helped when planning what to do! location was close to view points, bud station, bars, caffes and the main piazza. great bathroom, great bed, everything had an old style and was clean and kept well.

No air conditioning, but with the large windows (with great views) and the fan, it was very comfortable.

Clean and beautiful, place to stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Located in the center of the town with an easy walk to all sites. Our host gave us a map of the city, explaining the history of our building and marking her favorite places to eat and the best sites to visit. A great stay with incredible accomodations.

I have nothing bad to report, I really enjoyed everything.

This was the best place we've stayed during our trip to Italy so far. The appartment was very confortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay in San Gimignano. The location is extraordinary, right on the historic city. It has plenty of natural light and the decoration is very well thought out, giving the guests the feeling of being in an authentic tuscan house. The communication with Brunella was efficient and she is a very nice host. I would definetly stay there again.
