We liked everything

Large cozy room in the apartment, located in a quiet area near the metro Vittorio Emanuele, ~15 min. walking distance from Termini station. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area as well as several small food shops. Oriane is awesome! She welcomed us on the day of arrival, gave the map and recommendations what to visit. She also was making us nice breakfast in the morning - sandwiches, tea/coffee, yoghurt, cake, fruit. We had a fantastic time in Rome, thank you! 💟

Our room had window but to coridor of the flat and people from next room passing in front. Othervise everything was great

Room was big, clean and very nice. Walking distance to shop,restaurants, atractions. Breakfast fresh every day and possibility to use common kitchen for making coffee,tea or warm up food.

The wi-fi could be drastically improved by replacing their old Internet router with some moderm 5 GHz band router. When the door was closed the signal went to zero and I neither had wi-fi nor mobile service.

I liked everything. The host Claudia was extremely helpful, welcoming and sweet. The room was clean and tidy. Fresh towels daily, great breakfast, the bed was very comfortable. The location was like a 10 min walk to Colosseum and 15 min walk to the metro station, making it easy to get to all the sites. The transport system was fantastic.

Only negative was the room was really hot due to radiators on the Aircon worked but didn’t cool room.

Comments on details: the room had no window toward the street or inner yard - no big deal. Some sound could be heard from the neighbouring room, no big deal either.

Firstly, the hosts (Orianna and Stefano) are absolutely lovely! Orianna greeted me upon check in, and she was super nice and welcoming. The location was great, just a 5 min walk from a metro line, and walkable to the Colosseum. Lots of food places nearby. The room was very clean. Breakfast was great - lots of croissants, toast, spreads, cheese etc Overall a very comfortable stay

The room is clean and big enough. There is a private bathroom. The room was very warm. The host was very kind and as soon as we arrived, she first offered us coffee and then told us the places to visit on the tourist map. With his guidance, we made our plan accordingly and completed our trip with great time savings. The location is approximately 15 minutes walking distance from Rome Termini. Since the bus came from the airport to the terminal, we had easy transportation. 10 minutes away from the collezium. We only used the metro to go to the Vatican, other than that we walked everywhere. We had bed and breakfast during our stay and our breakfast was ready at the time we said. Variety was fine. There was a fruit plate in the room for us. We were very pleased, it will be our first choice again when we come to Rome again. Thank you so much!

There wasn't anything to fault.

The room was simply furnished but perfect for a busy city break. The breakfast was delicious. The bowl of fruit was a great bonus and the mini fridge was filled with water and a bottle of wine. Thought the location was good with a wide choice of restaurants on the doorstep. The host and his team made me feel very welcome.

The plug sockets did not work unless the light was switched on so you could not charge any electronic's overnight or when not in the room. The room also did not have a window. Advertised having a minibar and a welcome bottle of wine, we did not have these but not an issue. Also had to pay city tax which was not stated when booking.

I was able to check in early as the room was ready. Was meet by the lovely Oriana who showed us to our room. She explained the room to us in detail, she even gave us a map to show us where the sighs where, such a helpful delight she was. Breakfast was 8am which was after we were to leave, Oriana put breakfast in our room the night before, again another lovely gesture along with the fresh fruit and water already in the room on arrival. Tea and coffee facilities available just across the corridor. Location was fantastic about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and close to all the attractions which restaurants close by. Highly recommend staying here but only for a short period.

It would be good to have at least one iron in the property as it was removed due to safety reasons.

The property was in a very good location, just 8-12 min from the main station. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is basic, but if you need more breakfast option there is a coffee shop just around the corner where you can get omelet or pancakes for breakfast.

Just few minutes walk to Vittorio Emanuele Metro station. Many restaurants and Conrad supermarket nearly by. Breakfast so delicious.

We absolutely loved our stay at Domus Flaviae. The room was impeccably clean, the location was fantastic and the best of all was Stefano's hospitality and obvious pleasure in helping her guests have a great time in Rome. So far this is the only stay we've had in Italy that we would absolutely recommend to another without hesitation.

Brigid found it very comfortable so it is a good accommodation for small to average sized people. I found the bed too narrow and the mattress too soft. I woke up each morning with a sore back. The shower was too small for me but maybe I am too big for Italy.

We absolutely loved the hospitality and warmth of Oriana and Stefano and the rest of the staff. We loved the central location, the beauty and the quaintness of the accommodation.

Nice quiet property in good location. Very helpful and kind hosts. Good air conditioning, which was very welcome on a few really hot (39 degree C) days in Rome. Great shower pressure :) There was a transport strike in Italy during our visit which affected some forms of transport but not all, but we just walked to the property from the Terminii station, which was very achievable for a moderately fit person despite the heat. There are closer metro stations but we just walked everywhere anyway - e.g colosseum very close by.
