Nothing much, just a little bit far from center if you are here for the first time. But the tram is right infront so it's easy to access. The only difficult for us is it's hard to get from airport to here with public transportation as you need to change to multiple options.

Everything was perfect, Gianni, his wife and son are very welcoming people. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable for our group. They are very attentive with us. Barbara is always online and ready to answer to any questions we have. Our first time in Milan really did not disappoint.

The double sofa bed was slightly sunken in the middle so you have to find the right position to sleep.

The appartement is located downtown so need to take the tram during approx 25 min to the Center (not so long).

Very clean apartment and super close to downtown Milan. 20mins on train and in car 15mins. The communication with the host was outstanding. Always checking in to see if we needed anything. This place is the best for visiting Milan without any worries, you can park your car safely and explore the city easily with public transport. Gianni, the host, is super helpful with any questions and tips you need for your vacation. The apartment is completely equipped with everything you need. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay.

The bedrooms didn't have window nets, and we had mosquitoes at night.

Despite being quite far, the public transportion was very accessible, a tram (2) getting you directly to Piazza Duomo and to the metro line M2 (Porta Genova, close to the Navigli quartier). The neighbourhood was very elegant and safe, the apartment was excellent, with all facilities. Beautiful view from the windows! The place had many parking options.

The AC is not a regular AC. It is a device connected by a pipe to the window, which makes a lot of noise (if you are sensitive to these sounds while sleeping) and does not cool efficiently. My kids complained that the Sofa was not so comfortable making sounds when moving.

The apartment was nice and in a nice quiet compound, with a hypermarket close by. Free parking for your car which was one of the things that you do not find easily in Italy. high rise with a very good view. from all room.

The mobile air conditon in one bedroom was noisy and in one shower the drain was a little clogged.

Great apartment for families oder groups. The two bed rooms and the living room was equipped with an air condition. The living room was spacious and perfect for dinner. Nearby there is a supermarket and a bus/tram station, which takes about half an hour to the center. Parking was free and close to the apartment, but unattended.

The location was a little bit far from the central area, but we got everywhere with the tramway easily, because the station was really close to the apartment.

The hosts were very friendly. They helped us with the public transportation and recommended places where to eat or to drink. Also, the apartment was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed.

Gianni is a great host, keeping in touch all the time. He really helped us with recommendation on the restaurants, on how to get the apartment by public transportation or what is available in the apartment. The apartment is perfect for 2 families , 2 couples or for friends. Quite area and safe especially for girls travelling to Milano. The tram is 4 minutes from the apartment and in 10 minutes you are in a good restaurant area or in 20 minutes at the Dome.
