Getting a cab. It was very annoying and I still have no idea how people managed to get one. Uber does not work at all. But again, Maria saved the day on our last day and managed to fix one in seconds. Wished I had asked her before for help.

A lot of locations were walkable from the appartment. There was a lot of action going on around the appartment. Things like shops, food vendors, (mini)super markets for food and other things you might need(razors, deodorant, nail clipper shampoo etc.).

An extra drying towel and brush for the kitchen sink would have been useful, but I could have asked for the extra items if I was really in need.

Our hostess, Maria, went over and above to assist us in any way possible. She was quick to respond to any texts from me and kept making sure I had received her information. Instructions were clear and efficient and Maria was pleasant at all times.

The location of the property was perfect. There is so much art, architecture, food, and nightlife right outside the door. Maria’s apartment is a clean, modern oasis in a busy city. The bathroom is large with a very nice shower. Maria was incredibly welcoming and helpful and definitely made our stay easier and more pleasant.

The house was centrally located and close to everywhere. The landlord was very helpful and tried to explain everything.

The apartment is located right above an alley with several bars and the noise at night, all week long, consists until 2 am and later. My partner didn't mind, but I had a very bad sleep during the 4 days we stayed there. If you are a light sleeper, unfortunately this great place might be challenging.

The apartment is super-clean and truly fully equipped. Comfortable bed and wonderful bath. The WiFi was also great. Maria is a very nice host. The location is minutes walk from the ancient city, metro station and many restaurants. We loved the apartment!

Excellent location right in the city centre. Comfortable room, bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Excellent WiFi. Feels like home. Easy check-in and great meet and greet by Maria. Nice cute tiny balcony to see city life passing by. Total privacy. Definitely recommended.

the lift was quite tight with luggage and takes 10cents to work at certain times of day - thankfully I had the coins as I am disabled and would have been stuck !

The location was great, close to a metro that took us where we needed to be. The apartment was clean and the air conditioner worked great! Loved the Italian charm. Maria stopped by to introduce herself and ensure that all was good. We had a bit of a hiccup because had changed SIM cards when we arrived in Europe - she resent everything that we needed & the concierge helped us get into the apartment. She even arranged a Taxi when we wanted to leave Naples - thank you Maria!!!

Nothing really. If I was being ultra critical, Id say it was maybe a bit of a squeeze for 4 people as we had to put the sofa bed away each day before we could use the kitchen area/ dining table etc. However this was easy to achieve with a simple pull out mechanism so really not a problem, and our kids said the sofa bed was comfy, the lounge area was dark and quiet enough.

The apartment is fantastically located right round the corner from the Archaeological museum and 3 minutes from the metro, with a place to buy food right opposite and a supermarket within 5 minutes walk. The host was super-attentive to all our needs - she speaks fantastic English, lives next door and couldnt do enough to help us. She communicated well with us before our arrival, sending videos of the flat and how to get in, links to tourist info, recommendations for superb local restaurants etc.

Excellent apartment in a charming city location with a super terrific owner (Maria & Family). Apartment is wonderful, pleasant, clean and had everything we needed. Balcony with a view of street and close to restaurants and wonderful attractions was a plus. Maria is very available and super responsive and cares about the comfort of her guests. Maria and family went above and beyond and helped my wife and I access local ferries to the explore the islands off the coast of Naples, booked us into amazing restaurants that the locals go to, booked our taxi to the airport, etc.. The apartment and Maria and her family made our stay in Naples very special and wonderful. Grazie Maria and family!

Bathroom - but it wasnt bad. It was funny because im 196cm tall and the entrance was small for me so we laught when i was comming out ☺️

Charm and cozy apartment in an old building with very good location, close to the historical center. The owner is very polite and gave some useful information about the city’s sightseeing, place to eat and etc.
