Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Although it was a single bedroom, it was too small, and the bathroom was too small (e.i. the shower space was 0.6x0.6 m). It was a bit pricey as it didn't include breakfast or other facilities such as the spa.
The hotel is very well located in a lovely area.

Breakfast could include some more fruit and healthy options
We did a business trip for a big group and everything went smoothly. They facilitated the check in process which was very convenient for everyone. Staff was super helpful at all times. We will be back

Hotel is a value-for-money and could be recommended for budget travelers. I have been woken up by a garbage truck noise in the early morning but this is an authentic Italian city life and is not the hotel's failure. Honestly I have not noticed any major facts of hotel mismanagement. Probably bathroom cosmetics set could be more complete and diverse. And a free bottle of drinking water in the room could make my stay a little bit more comfortable.
Hotel located at a 23-minute walking distance from the center of the city Duomo Square and at the same distance from Central Railway Station. There are king-size bed, smaller bed for a child, antique wardrobe, small desk and chair in the room. The bathroom is spacious and with a window. Hotel lobby is decorated with a natural marble. Reception staff is welcoming and charming. They kindly printed out boarding passes for me and warned on transport workers strike. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant, just a coffee shop or bar, but there are a lot of establishments nearby.

Booked hotel for sauna and jacuzzi however when we asked to use it the door was locked and reception told us we had to book a time as was turned off and would take an hour to heat up. No information was given on this prior so we weren't able to use.

No kettles in the room, small shower , also giving the key back when leaving the hotel and then need to que to get it if the reception waa busy, not ideal if you are in a rush to get back to your room! Some reception staff may need more training, they made few mistakes with me like didn't charge me correctly upon the check in and gave me wrong receipts upon the check out , not a big deal but to avoid it in the future with others.
Good location close to the metro station only 4 min walking. Nice restaurants in the area. The room is clean a bit dated, comfy bed. Quiet area. Good value for money.

Just minor things that were outbalanced by the overall experience.
Accommodation prices in Milan are crazy. Eurohotel offers good accommodation at affordable prices in a super location. The one thing I really loved, though, was the staff. Everyone was always smiling and extremely kind and helpful.

Would prefer the city tax to be included in the price. It’s quite inconvenient

The pillows and the temperature in the room. I prefer to have the option to set the room temperature myself
Exallent location, near to metro station and to central train station. 20 min away from the center by foot. There are many nice places for coffee and drinks next to the hotel

The noise that you could hear in the rooms from the corridor and the street was incredibly loud! Other guests whether it was very early morning or late in to the evening showed no consideration to other guests that were sleeping. A sign about keeping noise to a minimum needs putting up or the rooms need better sound proofing. This really did let the hotel down for us.
