We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThis was an old building and some of the decorating and fittings were not up to modern standards. However decorating work was going on in parts of the building. The Wi-Fi signal was not entirely reliable, though mainly ok.
Great choice of food for breakfast. Excellent location close to the escalators that take you up to the medieval city. Parking on site was reasonable. Our room was ready before the check in time and we could access it early. There was a lovely view from our balcony.

CanadaThis hotel is advertised as "accessible". I would rate accessibility it as 6/10. There is a ramp to enter the hotel which was great. The elevator is too small to fit a wheelchair so I Ieft it at reception. There is one step up to reach the bathroom. Overall, it works for someone who can walk and climb steps but would not work for someone with Paraplegia.

Armeniathe road to the hotel is not for having a walk with the baby trolley :) there is huge incline, so if you are going to this hotel from train station , do not even think of going there without car, even when you see that navigator tells you that it is 15 minite walk

We asked the hotel to book us a taxi when leaving, and when it was late the owner drove us to the station in his car. We are very grateful.

NorwayThe wifi did not work. Good gluten Free breakfast first two days, then just cake and no bread the last 3 days, Even though I asked the first when it was lacking. Smiling and hemofili staff in general, but I need more than cake. Sheets not changed twice a week like the sign said, but the bed was made etc every day.

United KingdomA very long walk for the football. I think the town centre is close by but didn't go there. If you figure on walking from train station, you need to be pretty fit!! No ham for breakfast. Very happy all in all though - saw the game. No issues really.
