Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The small shower & not having an English speaking channel on the TV. This is a business hotel and does not bother to ensure BBC, or DW or CNN are available for the non Italian speakers. They should put a sign in the bathroom and encourage guests to reuse the towels. I left my towels hanging and they replace them. Most hotels now a days replace towels only when they are placed on the floor.

Breakfast is poor for my taste, but does have a wide range of pastries. Shower is claustrophobic and impractical.
Hotel is located in a very good area, close to center. Rooms are clean, spacious and well soundproofed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed and nice pillows.

Maybe the hotel can offer a wider variety of food for breakfast. The place we had breakfast was in the ground floor near the reception and it was not comfortable, but I think this was due to the interventions and renovation they were doing in the hotel.
Executive Business Hotel in Bari Italy is a comfortable hotel very near the city center and the promenade. The room we had was in the last floor of the building and it offered a very nice view. The room was spacious and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all it is a very nice place to stay when in Bari.

This accommodation is simple, safe and clean. I had a single room, which was very small with a single bed, but I didn't expect anything different as I had booked a single room. The breakfast was incredible, eggs, yogurt, fruit, toast, coffee, juice - really well done to fuel you for the day ahead. Excellent location - was able to easily walk all around Bari and the old town. Considering the prices for accommodation were very high throughout peak season, this accommodation is very good. The parking garage was close by, and it was easy enough to park and take your car out when needed. My car was unfortunately locked in the garage as I didn't realise it was a holiday, so the garage was closed that day until the evening, which was my fault, however my feedback would be for the Hotel to advise these things when booking the car in, as that garage is connected to the Hotel as preferred garage - as much as I try and communicate in Italian to understand most things, some things get lost in translation and this is one of them! Not the Hotels fault, but it could help travellers in the future.

Check-in was too late. Yes they were happy to watch our cases but for a one night stay, 4 is just too late. Other than that, it was what it was, and I have no major gripes. Other than the drinks machines only take cash.
The room was great, huge windows, clean, nice part of town.

Firstly, we got a room which was so dark and we couldnt open the small window. Thanks to the staff we could change to a bigger room. However the room was sooo noisy next to the street.
Location is really good and we liked the breakfast. Staff is so friendly. They cleaned up the room everyday. :)

The room was really dark and there was no window in our room.
The staff is so helpful and friendly and the rooms are big. We stayed for one night and the hotel was good. It‘s so close to the old town and the harbour.

Tea making facilities in room would be a big improvement, or at least a bottle of water. If you arrive as we did late on in the evening there is nothing but tap water in your room

The single rooms were too small and the beds also. The pillows are pitiful.
The breakfast was excellent as was the staff. The bedroom was a single and you couldn't swing a cat in it. Also the bed was extremely narrow. The bathroom was good as was the shower
