The house is located 250-300 meters away from the main restaurant and reception - you need to walk for to use the common areas - wi-fi was not good and breakfast can be better.

We have stayed in a one-bedroom house - it was very speciaus and there was a kitchen where we could have breafast and prepare lunch/dinner. The bathroom was new and very big - the house itself was great.

Setting up the taxi to leave was a bit tricky with limited reception hours (we were accidentally given the wrong number so it was a bit stressful, but it was an honest mistake)

The location is incredible and it was so fun to learn to make pasta and learn about the winemaking there. We felt so relaxed and welcome the entire time

It was rather hot so the fans didn’t quite do it to cool the room at night… luckily you can open the windows as they are provided with mosquito netting.

Gorgeous surroundings, wonderful food, great wines. the rooms are cosy and the living area quite smart compact! loved the kitchen cabinet! Lovely property for families who like it classy but childfriendly.

I really wanted to meet the owners - they feature prominently on the website - but sadly they were absent for the entirety of our stay, as they were attending the Italian national wine conference 'VinItaly'.

Really comfortable bed in a good sized room within an enormous building. Quite rustic styling, with it's small kitchenette and low wall built out of old wine barrels - not to mention the flower pot sink! Great hot shower and good enough wi-fi to stream a movie.

We broke a wine glass in the room and were charged €6,50 for it which is crazy to me. The glasses are big and the sinks are small, so watch out... Dinner was pricey relative to other places, including similar authentic restaurants in Siena. No views of the surrounding property from the pool, but it was nice anyway.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom country suite and it was nice and comfortable. Restaurant is done nicely, with a cozy feel. Beautiful views from all rooms, and feels private without any neighbors in sight from inside.

Nights were very noisy, either because a dog is barking all night long in the village, noisy people once at the restaurant until 4AM or because of wedding taking place most Saturdays and some Fridays. Even with closed windows, we couldn't sleep until sound stopped. Kids ended up exhausted, and so were we. On wedding nights, parking is really not adapted for a lot of cars... and I ended up with a bump in my car one morning. We asked 3 or 4 times to fix the light bulb on the terrace. They came several time but it wasn't fixed during our 2 weeks stay, so we couldn't take full profit of the terrace at night. If you wish to find a calm place to spend your holidays with young kids, this is not the place you are looking for but I guess it's fine otherwise.

Nice facilities within a vineyard with pleasant pool. Restaurant and breakfast personnel was top. Very good food and wine. Ample room with terrace.

Never experienced, that a check-in left such a bad taste. Unfortunately, the check-in was not welcoming- "if you like to have diner with us, we need a reservation, no pool use after 6 o' clock, wi-fi not working" - just a swall of rules/ bad news- we did not felt invited to relax and enjoy. Really nice terrace at the room, but whith no privacy at all- you can see and hear everything, your neighbour does.

Good location- in the middle of nature, but very close to Siena and for a trip through the Chianti region. Nice pool for refeshing after a hot day sightseeing.The sweet cats around.

Wi-Fi went in and out so it was unreliable if you needed it, and it was very low data. The beds were hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. Had to open the windows to cool the place down and there were no screens on any of the windows so wasps, bees, and mosquitos would come in. Also, simple, important details were missing in the rooms, like in the bathroom, there was no rack for the toilet paper so you had to just leave it on the ground or on the sink. Lastly, communication was pretty minimal. It would be great if they had more practical information when you check-in, like what the Wi-Fi password is so you don’t need to go ask later. Would have also been nice if someone had told us it would be possible to order drinks while at the pool. We didn’t realize that was an option since that wasn’t part of the information we received when we checked in and no one made that clear.

Beautiful surroundings, great location very close to (and with a view of) Siena. Nice pool, plenty of sunbeds. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, very fresh from local ingredients. Also coffee very good. Plenty of parking spaces. Staff awesome, especially the man at the breakfast :-)

The service was terrible ! We arrived at 15:00 (check-in time) at the property and there was no body at the reception, we waited 20min. Then I called them. Finally did the check- in but the room didn't have window at all, the big door at the entrance is the only source of ventilation and day light. We paid quite a lot of money for staying in the farm, but the room is definitely not worth it . And big disappointment for breakfast, I was very good reviews on breakfast, but reality is: I never had such poor breakfast in any of place I had been in vacation, there were hard bread slices cutter in small pcs, then half teaspoon of honey served in a tiny bowl, there were salami, cheese but only 1 type, there was no brioche, no egg, no bread toaster,, it made you start your day in horrible way, who doesn't expect nice rich breakfast in the farm?! The bad service continued until we check out, there was no body at the reception, I needed to call them again to do the check out, and the lady on the phone was really rude. I will not go back there for sure and do not recommend this place
