The location was amazing. Our apartment was huge for just my boyfriend and I. The views were better than expected and especially loved the pool overlooking the vineyards. The staff graciously gave us a ride down to San Gimignano so we could pick up our rental car. We were absolutely awed by our stay!

In our room the AC unit was in the main entrance of our appartment, and none in any of the rooms. So our bedrooms got quite warm. Thankfully there were fans in each room which helped us sleep more comfortably.

The location was beautiful, views of Tuscan hills, vineyards, and olive groves from almost every angle. You can see the Medieval cities of San Gimignano and Certaldo in the distance, which are both a short drive away (15 min). We thought it was a great central location in Tuscany, and did day trips to Florence and Siena by train. The pool was well kept and clean, and the kids had a great time in it. The grounds were well maintained and clean. The rooms were also very comfortable and clean. The closest grocery store was a 15 min drive away. We went out to eat a few times but also made lunches and breakfasts at home. The kitchen was well equipped to cook. I would definitely consider returning one day!

Amazing view and location if you are looking for a quite vacation enjoying the scenic views of Tuscany. But you do need a car there. Beautiful place with a great pool and amazing staff. Everyone was really friendly and we felt right at home.

There was unusually high rainfall during our stay and all across N. Italy, and this caused a bit of sewer smell the first day but was completely out of the control of the owners and they were very apologetic and helped us address the issue as best as possible.

Absolutely gorgeous choice for Tuscany and nearby San Gimignano. The family and their puppy were lovely to us and we enjoyed the winery tour and tasting. Breakfast each morning was quaint with stunning views. The apartment was gorgeous with roses leading up to the door, and the master bedroom had incredible views. Better if you have a rental car here to explore nearby towns-which luckily we did.

Great Tuscany experience Perfect location to discover Tuscany: San Giminiano, Sienna, Pisa and Firenze. Sandra is passionate about her Region and provide us a lot of trips and spots to visit. There isn't any sound insulation, so we could hear our neighbours quite well. It was a bit expensive to use the washing machine.

The location is excellent and the views are stunning. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful.

The internet could have been faster. We had sewer smell on one day...as the drains were outside our window...but this is not the hotel's fault. We could have had a better room with a better view...but that's the luck of the draw...they're incredibly busy and were very full - so maybe we couldn't get more attention...for example...we had a flat tyre on the road one day and rang the hotel...but no reply...obviously busy...we did get an email later, but we had sorted it out by then.

The location. It really is a super spot, really amazing views from every side. The pool was also lovely. Also the apartment we had was super clean...and if my wife said that, then it must be...plus we had everything in the apartment that we could have wanted for a short stay and to be able to cook. Highly commended.

Our visit was fantastic. The setting is just breathtaking. Room was very spacious (2 couples travelling together). Both bathrooms large, bed comfy and lots of storage space. SUPER clean, we stayed 3 weeks. Clean towels were provided twice a week, bed linens changed weekly. All the staff were friendly, and spoke excellent English. We chose to make our own breakfasts - shopping is close by. We did have breakfast on the first day we arrived - a small extra charge - very lovely and delicious. Train station is about a 15 min drive, from there you can take the train to almost anywhere you might want to go. If you want a quiet spot - no nightlife - this is perfect. Restaurants in town were about a 10 min drive away. MANY great choices. Wifi worked well, no issues at all. Thanks Sandra and ALL the staff from all of us.

This place is like a dream, like a Tuscany dream. Very comfy, cozy apartments. Stunning View on Tuscany landscapes. Amazing Wine tour (highly recommended for any price) and wine too (“Baracca 1903” especially, care it at home to very special moment). Very quiet place - sometimes by the pool we felt like the only guests :) San Gimignano 10min away from Fattoria by car. Very nice and autentic restaurant within walking distance (Agriturismo Il Rustico) (on the way back we met a wild boar :D). The atmosphere of the stay was wonderful, thanks to the hosts for the warm welcome, we really enjoyed our stay here. Sandra and Lorenzo, you and your fattoria is forever in our hearts. I Hope we come back again one day <3

The only thing I would change is moving the air conditioning into the bedroom. It was in the hallway outside the bedroom. It did not cool the room enough so it was very warm at night when trying to sleep.

We had a fabulous stay at Fattoria di Pancole. Gorgeous location in the Tuscan countryside, yet only 5 minutes drive from San Gimignano. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Ample parking for cars. Our accommodation was decorated in typical Tuscan fashion. It was really comfortable and had everything we needed. Bedroom was large with a view of the Tuscan hills and vineyards. We had a lovely table and chairs outside with another beautiful view. We used the pool which was spotless and overlooked their vineyard and olive trees. We did a tour of their vineyard and also a wine tasting which was accompanied by traditional and local Tuscan food. There is the option to buy bottles of their excellent wine. We were given great recommendations of places to eat in San Gimignano. We would love to have stayed longer!

Nothing, it was all great! Nothing could have been better. They really did everything right and made our stay perfect.

We had the most wonderful stay at Fattoria di Pancole. First of all, the property is absolutely gorgeous! The view from the gardens is unreal, I feel like I was in a movie! The staff were wonderful and we felt like we became friends during our stay. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, comfy, well maintained and also had a beautiful view. We were so blown away by our experience here. We would definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at Fattoria Di Pancole! The property and surrounding landscape is absolutely stunning. Our host Sandra and her son Lorenzo went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even arranging to pick us up from the train station when our transportation plan fell through. We stayed at Fattoria di Pancole for 6 nights and it was amazing! Sandra was really kind and helpful and the scenery is beautiful. I recommend doing the wine tasting as it is a great way to get to know Fattoria di Pancole's wine and Sandra tells you a lot of nice facts about the wine. We stayed at il Nibbio which has its own terrace which is highly recommendable. The view from the terrace is astonishing and because of the time of our stay (in September) we were almost a part of the wine-making process. Our holiday was amazing thanks to Fattoria di Pancole :).
