The water pressure in the shower was not very strong but medium. The apartment was a bit dark.

The location was great just round the corner of Basilica Santa Croce in a quiet street. It was within walking distance to the main attractions. The host Niccolo was very attentive waiting for us to do the check-in and explaining all the apartment facilities. He was very responsive too in What´s Up. Just on the way to the apartment, our passports were stolen (taken from the backpack which I forgot to switch to the front) and Niccolo provided the locations of the closest police stations to do the police reports. Niccolo also arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport on the day we left. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The fact that there was an additional door provided an extra sense of security, especially after our passports were stolen and I was travelling with my two teenage girls.

Wonderful welcome from Nico who showed us around the apartment & how everything worked. Lots of pantry goods like olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, coffee, washing liquid & cleaning materials etc. Having the use of a washing machine was very helpful, went home with clean clothes!

As there is no dedicated sitting area, a comfortable chair or 2 in the kitchen/dining area would be appreciated, My husband reads late into the night. There was a sofa in the bedroom but that was not an option for him to read on as the light kept me awake

The apartment is in a quiet street near all the key attractions of Florence. It was clean and our host was informative. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and dining area, plus a bedroom.

The hotel is close to the basilica and the lively Piazza Santa Croce where Michelangelo's tomb is located. We arrived from Santa Maria Novella station by taxi. The owner was already expecting us, met us and helped us lift our suitcases on the second floor (since there is no elevator). The apartment is clean, bright and comfortable, especially the mattress that was great to sleep on. The hotel has everything you need for your stay. The apartment had the necessary basic necessities: Sugar, salt, coffee, olive oil, etc. Nicolo helped us with everything. He showed on the map where the attractions and restaurants are. And on the day of departure, he called us a taxi that took us to the airport. Overall the stay was simply excellent. Thanks for everything, Nicolo.

Everything was perfect!

We had a great time in this apartment. Nicolo was a great host, he allowed us to check in at a very convenient time and gave us great tips about the city. The apartment was spacious, quiet and comfortable. It has AC, fridge and washing machine. Location was incredible, close to all the main attractions of the city and very safe.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Niccoló was very informative, friendly and lovely. He gave so many recommendations for bars and restaurants throughout Florence which was very helpful. He also showed us different areas of interest on the map. We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay again. 😊

The only unpleasant thing about this experience was the use of insecticide, connected to a wall socket, which gave me coughing fits for the whole time I spent there (even after I decided to unplug it). I don't think the use of these products is appropriate, since they somewhat contaminate the air. And the mosquitoes were there anyway. Just leave windows shut and use the AC to prevent too many mosquitoes.

The location is great to explore the city. The host was very nice and pleasant, and gave us a lot of good info. The apartment is well kept, well equipped, and looks wonderful.

Only thing I would like improved are the towels. They were kind of scratchy. Other than that it was amazing.

Location was close to the hotspots, but far enough to stay quiet and peaceful. Facilities were great, with the kitchen and washing machine. Great value, and the host was very kind and communicated very well!!

The bathroom was a little small but no problem for a few days. The biggest problem was the moist/humidity and cold inside the apartment. We couldn't heat the flat because it was automatic. It was 26 degrees Celsius outside but 20 degrees inside the flat due to the moist. We were there at early of April. It wasn't very comfortable at night due to the cold. The bed and pillows were always slightly damp/wet due to moist. This is really bad for sleep. Our towels never dried completely after first use. We used the washing machine once. After 2 days our clothes were still wet, we used the hair dryer to dry them.

Location was great. Quiet street. We were there from Monday to Friday, so we did not experience weekends. No idea about the weekend, but weekdays were very quiet; easy to sleep. Landlord Nicollo was a nice and helpful gentlemen. He explained everything about the house and Florence. Nicollo left us fresh towels, soap for bathroom, shampoo, extra blanket, coffee and cleaning liquids(washing machine etc.).
