-The bathrooms weren't very clean

- The room was spacious with a table in the middle and chairs. The bed was comfortable. -The staff were very friendly -I could put my bags in a safe space, which was very nice! -There was warm water and enough toilets.

Showers in the room had very weak water pressure and the temperature was very cold. The showers in the common bathroom were the opposite, they would sporadically switch to boiling and I'd need to jump out of the shower. There was also not much of a community vibe.

Location is very good. Close to the station and easy to access transport or walk to major tourist attractions. Rooms were very clean.

It's not really a valid complaint, and it has nothing to do with the property, but when you book a hostel, you will be in a room with a stranger, and if that stranger is cutting down trees from 2-3 am, that's just what you get. So if you aren't okay with that, I would recommend looking into a hotel. But if you are, this is a perfect option!

Just one tiny comment. No side guard-rail on the top bunk of the bunk that is not against a wall. (I'm not in the habit of falling out of bed, but there would have been nothing to prevent this happening.) I didn't look or ask for drying facilities, but didn't spot any.

I had a locker for which I need a big lock so I had to buy one (and they don’t sell them in the hostel).

The lockers in the room were a bit small so wasn’t able to fit much in there, could fit a small suitcase or a rucksack but not a backpacking bag or hold-all.

Room was a decent size with plenty of space to sort yourself out and bathroom was modern and clean, they also had bathrooms and luggage room which you could use after checkout which was good.

Good location near the train station, they let us keep our bags in the luggage storage room while we went around the city which was very helpful. Would stay again.

Apart for the shared bathrooms on 5th floor which in my opinion would need frequent cleaning since many people were using them , what i really disliked was the receptionist at the evening when i checked in ! .it's the first hostel i visit anf i feel like i shouldn't be there or like you were disturbing them . Atleast ,if a smile can't be, explain how key cards work .i had to show the other girls in my room poor them .. i work as that too and i know it can be stressful but - you choose your job ! Anyway the morning lady at check out was so lovely , thanks .

I liked mostly the location and that they keep luggage fot you after you check out .

This hostel in Rome was great! It was easy to get to the central train station, and reach to the shuttles to both airports. Great location for travelers!

The hostel is on 2nd floor and the room is on the 4th floor. Even though there is lift but it is used only for luggage.

It is confusing the luggage storage service. I chose this hostel because of this, as I am doing a trip to Sicilia and then come back to Rome and stay 1 more night. They offer it as a service in the list of services that are included , but when you require the service they let you know many times that the luggage room is public, that if anything happens to my luggage, they won’t become responsible of that. For one second, it looked like that they didn’t want me to leave my luggage there. But on the other hand, they offered me to keep my personal values secured on reception. I ended up leaving the luggage, and I am now on Sicilia doing my trip, hoping that my luggage is ok when I come back for the next reservation.

The place in general works very well. Receptionists are very kind and happy to help. Kitchen is nice and clean!!

We booked 2 beds with shower room only for our room, but there wasn't hot water so we use other shower room.

Excellent location, nice staff, comfortable and clean place. 220 m from bus station, and it's great that you can leave your luggage and do check in later. They had several clean shower rooms so when in one you have no hot water you can use other.

The common facilities could be a little bit more cleaner.

The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Location was nice, pretty close to Colosseum, and just like 2min walking distance from nearest subway station at Termini.

The location i excellent, and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The hostel is nicely decorated, with activities/parties organized which is perfect for knowing people if you're into it. Possibility to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out, no charge!

Not really applicable. It's a hostel, you hear some sounds. nothing to complain about thought.

Very well located next to the station. Had a warm welcome from the staff at my late arrival and could just jump into the shower and then to bed. The female dorm was at nice temperature and I generally felt a good atmosphere.
