Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomBooked late as a single. Room was fine with great cleanliness standard and comfortable. Boot Room and storage facilities were fine and you walked out onto a veranda. You could walk to the piste and then ski to the drag lift to take you to the main Suisi lift or walk down to the bus station, 5 minutes, in the Piazza Antonio for the frequent bus to Selva or walk on through to the Seceda lift. Shower was great and the Breakfast good and plentiful, Entry was via a electronic card to the Hotel and room. Room was quiet.

NetherlandsBed was a bit short but this is normally the case when you go south ;)
Garni Rives is in an excellent location, just slightly on the mountain. 5 minutes walk te the village and super close to the palmer piste from which you can reach the seiser alm lift easily. Beautiful view from the room over the village The family is very friendly and takes good care of you. Room clean every day and a nice breaskfast with plenty of choises. Skis, helmets and boots can be stored in a heated room. Car can be parked in front or behind the house.

United States of AmericaThe B&B is located on a steep hill, so after a long day of hiking, the walk back to the hotel was a little bit of a trek, but honestly it's my fault for not realizing that when I booked and I did get more used to it over the course of my few days there. Ventilation in the bathroom wasn't the best, but the opening the window helped to air the humidity out.
Staff were super friendly and at check-in, provided me with an introduction to the area, taking the time to show me how to get to some popular hiking spots in the area and showing me how to access the community pool. They even gave me a free bus pass which I ended up using on my last day in town -- very helpful! The room was simple but cozy and was cleaned daily. The balcony offered great views of the town and the mountains. Breakfast in the mornings included a generous spread of brewed coffee drinks, freshly cut fruit, breads, deli meats, yogurt, and an assortment of different juices. The perfect way to start my day!

IrelandThis is a very pleasant B&B. The location is great, on a peaceful road just five minutes walk (uphill) from the main bus stop and the centre of town. My room was comfortable and very clean, with lovely views. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

United States of AmericaThis is a really great place, run by a terrific family. My family stayed here 18 years ago. And then when I returned, it was as great as I remember it. Really nice rooms, excellent breakfast, close to the city center.

United States of AmericaEverything was great.
Everything about this modest inn exceeded my expectations. I booked the smallest sized room, but it had everything for a comfortable stay, and the balcony with view of the mountains made it feel more spacious. Room and public areas are kept spotlessly clean. Quality breakfast served in an attractive dining area. Great WiFi. Quiet. Good value. The amiable, young man who handles reception and the dining room is terrific with tips, skiing directions, local history, or just a friendly chat. It’s clear that the owners are proud of their hotel—and deservedly so.

FinlandMy room wasn't very warm when I arrived, but my stay was during a looming energy crisis of the whole Europe, so I consider this a minor problem.
Breakfast was enough to get you going until lunch, not just a cappuccino and a croissant. Location was close to village centre, yet it was a quiet and beautiful area. You need good shoes though, as the property is uphill from the centre. The owner family was very helpful and friendly. Ortisei was such a good place to visit the Alps, as there were 3 ski lifts rising directly from the village.

ItalyThe fact that there is a slope in front of the hotel
Super recommended, except for the fact that there is a slope in front of the hotel, the rooms are clean, floor to ceiling windows with balconies, tables and benches on the balconies, you can enjoy a Dolomites manicure by pushing open the window, the staff is very nice, explaining the excursions to us, the recommended restaurants are very good, giving us water and a transport card that allows us to take the bus and mini train, the breakfast is also very rich, everything is very

MaltaThe rooms are okay, nothing special great for a night to sleep. Head pillows could have been better but bed was comfortable. No lifts, so pack light.
I would strongly suggest to book a room with a terrace of the mountain view. Its simply stunning!! The breakfast was very good and a good Variety to choose from. Reception front desk was very helpful and speaks very fluent English. Bed was comfortable.

United KingdomThere’s no tea/coffee-making facilities however I understand that’s a very British preference!
Perfect base for exploring without a car for five nights and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The room felt new, was comfortable, clean and had a terrace with an amazing view. Always a pleasure to return to after a day out. Breakfast was lovely and the location very convenient - a short (steep) walk from the centre and main bus stop. Very friendly hosts who were always happy to help.
