Extremely hot room.. There is no reception after 13.00, so you need to go to another hotel to actually check in (5 min walks)..

The reception staff is very polite and professional. The room is clean, and the breakfast buffet has a lot of options it's not far from the train station, though you are not near the city centre, but Trento is not a big town.

The hotel has no agreement with the free transportation card around the city, which also gives you discounts for museums, etc. (The card is available for free in most hotels in Trento)

The personal was extremely kind, and offered great options for breakfast according to your needs. The rooms were rather small, but compliant for what you pay.

Coffee and tea facilities (except for breakfast time) are missing, the building looks a little bit neglected at some spots.

Bathrooms are a little outdated compared to the rooms but are clean

The room and bathroom are a good size for a single person. Beds are comfy and you get two pillows! Location is a good base point not too far from the centre; walkable in about 5mins. Breakfast was adequate if a little heavy on the sweet side. Check in was simple and staff were friendly. Overall decent budget accommodation.

Fridge does not work very good.

The staff is over all extremly serviceminded and very helpful. The room was nice and clean. Perfect breakfast. You get what you need and the service is excellent. Close to the city Center, and they have parking in the garage, where we parked our nice car.

I would appreciate kettle in the room.

We took this for 1 night so the small room wasn´t issue, but for more days I don´t think it´s suitable. However, our expectation was A/C, bed and breakfast. We got all and the breakfast was good. There was free water in the room and switched-on fridge. Garage was fine, not too big but we saw in Italy more narrow. As we arrived in the afternoon, we needed to chek-in in the Everest hotel in the street nearby. Rest was handled in the Fontana. Receptionist in the morning was great! Even thought it´s located in the city, it was surprisingly quiet.

1. I'd expect a bit more extensive breakfast. The cakes, croissant and other sweets were good, but for those who don't like to start their day with sweets, but e.g. some scrambled eggs and a bit of fresh vegetables, the breakfast may not be perfect, but not bad too. You can expect cheese, ham, boiled eggs and bread rolls (really small ones) to make a sandwich. At least that's what I managed to grab at 9:00. Probably it's just an Italian type of breakfast. Anyway, you won't leave the breakfast hungry. 2. You could hear the noises in other rooms very well, but luckily it was not an issue in the night.

There was some melon, but some more fresh fruit would have been nice.

Breakfast was fine. At first, it seems very limited, but then a staff member comes and brings some bread, cheese and ham. Seems like an expensive way to serve breakfast, but I guess they did the math. Overall, good breakfast.
