We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomEden is just that, a little piece of paradise. This hotel is in a wonderful location on the seafront with views of Castello Aragonese d'Ischia, Capri and the Sorrento coast. All the staff were exceptional at looking after us and ensuring that we had a wonderful time. The staff worked as a great team. The hotel were always on hand to help make arrangements for us and no request was to much. The garden is beautiful with a lovely selection of pools and the swimming in the sea around the little harbour and decking area was stunningly beautiful.

United KingdomGiven that it is a hotel and there are no shops nearby it would have been nice to have the bottle of water replaced daily.
Myself and my sister stayed here for a week in August and we had an amazing time. It is primarily a beach club with a few hotel rooms however the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. They still made us priority even when having multiple bookings for the beach club, we had sunbeds reserved for us and tables at lunch time. Would definitely come and stay back here! The food as well was incredible, the mussels are a must try.

NetherlandsGetting around in Ischia is not super easy so ask about boat transport and taxi possibilities. It is a popular place to have lunch so sometimes the music was a bit loud during the day. Overall very besutiful and comfortable place would def go back!
Beautiful surroundings and stunning view, great breakfast. We had beautiful rooms with large balconies.

United KingdomWould love to see towels in rooms and water in rooms replaced daily along with paddleboards etc being made available free to hotel guests and not having everything as an extra as it is already very expensive.
Wonderful hotel in superb location. Staff are superb and very attentive. Food and Drink leaves dreaming of moving to Ischia.

GermanyThe location is absolutely stunning, overlooking the amazing garden with huge palm trees and cactus, the sea and the famous Castello to the left. It’s also so romantic that you reach the place only by boat. The restaurant and sun deck in front where you can lie on sunbeds is so charming and the rooms are newly refurbished with terraces facing the sea and a stunning view.

United KingdomThough the hotel staff was friendly, the restaurant staff definitely was not. On one occasion, the food was severely burnt. we ate the bits that were fine and then returned the charcoal. The waiter didn’t even comment. The food in the restaurant also really wasn’t good in general and is very overpriced. we also returned 2 out of 3 plates full and the waiters did not even comment or ask if everything is ok. The facilities in general are a bit dated and not very well maintained. A lot of things are rusty, there are many cracks and besides a new wooden deck the beachside facilities are an old cracked slab of concrete. location wise: we also felt that this place is ideal if you have a car or a scooter. otherwise transport besides the taxi boat (which is offered) isn’t ideal. All in all we didn’t feel welcome at all and won’t come back.
The greatest thing about the hotel is the view: You can see the castle and overlook sunrise and sunset over the ocean which is really nice. The room as clean as well and they have a nice deck on the coast with nice sun loungers on it. The hotel staff (mainly the cleaning staff and the Beach staff and reception) also was very friendly.

Amazing place, but the room we were offered was extremely small and the bed was the smallest ever - it was kind of a joke... (in a bad way) Our balcony/terace was bigger than our room including the bathroom.. But it was totally worth it since the food was great (both breakfast, dinner and lunch), the beach/ocean area was amazing too.
