There were a bit too many keys to manage for one place, particularly when I thought I had misplaced the key for the parking gates, which sent me into a slight panic. While key cards are a common convenience nowadays, I understand that they might not suit the authentic atmosphere of this place. However, in the grand scheme of things, this is a minor issue and hardly worth mentioning!

The place was incredibly comfortable and conveniently located not far from the center. The rooms were impeccably clean, and it's evident that the establishment is cared for with genuine attention, rather than just being seen as a money-making venture. There was an overall sense of wholesomeness and hospitality throughout. It's regrettable that our stay was only for one night, as I would have loved to experience breakfast on the terrace or in the cozy kitchen area. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, providing thorough explanations and embodying the perfect example of hospitality.

Really nice 4 night spend at Gio'el B&B with my wife and daughter . Good location , nice breckfast as a buffet , few minutes away from train station or town centre, even aiport . Also easy to get train or bus to visit near cities like Verona or Milan . Really recommend to stay here 👌

Neighbors can shout in the corridor at night. No lift in case of heavy suite cases.

Room was excellent and very comfortable, breakfast selection was superb, and I'd recommend the 8 Euro supplement for the quality of the food on offer. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the check-in process despite us arriving late in the evening was clear and easy to navigate.

Double Bed was a bit saggy in the middle but this was a very minor issue; my wife didn’t notice. At this price it was a very good value.

Fantastic building with bags of character. Elena was very kind and welcoming. Amazing view of the old town from the terrace. The breakfast was great value and our two kids really liked having a try of everything. We only stayed a night but it was a great experience. Room and bathroom were very clean.

Beatrice went out of her way to support us in working out the local bus routes and calling ahead to destinations. Entrance area nicely decorated and welcoming, loved the trinket boxes for the key!

Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Elena and her staff were very friendly and helpful. Bonus was an actually functional air conditioner which was great to have during the heatwave! Breakfast is very generous and fantastic value.

A beautifully renovated old building, cozy room, very friendly, communicative and helpful stuff and very important: secure parking lot. Location ideal for an easy walk to Citta Alta and a wonderful terrace for evening relaxation. It˙'s a pity that we have stayed just for a night.
