Pretty good location, can reach most of famous places within 20-30 min by walk. And of course it was comfortable the last day for traveling to the airport since the hotel is near the Rome train and bust station. The room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

For a family with little kids it was somehow a struggle in case you have strollers, because there are some steps before the elevator, also the bathroom was small(i.e. if you want to do a shower to the kid)

We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 kids, 5 & 2 y old. The hotel is very well located, very close to the Termini Station, it has markets, restaurants and all the facilities you need as a tourist. The room was clean, very quiet even though it is located in a noisy street. The staff was really kind and very helpful.

Late check-in (only at least from 2 pm), small shower, no kitchen or place where we could leave, e.g. milk. No cups for tea, no bowls, no dishes, just the plastic cups in bathroom.

You can go out and come back until 2 am, the staff will let you in with the smile on their faces. Very nice people working there, they let us to leave our bags and get it later, though we were already checked out. It was comfortable because we didn't need to take our luggage everywhere.

Close walking distance to metro and to many attractions in Rome. Friendy staff. Room was clean when we arrived and has been cleaned every day.

I am not sure if this is common but when you leave you have to leave your key on the counter and when you return, all the keys are lined up on the counter for anyone to take. This was strange to me. Sometimes if you come in late at night like past 9, the door is locked and you have to ring the buzzer for them to let you back in.

The staff was excellent, i had to check in at like 9 am and they made it work, showed me the room before paying, and it was perfect for my one night stay. For what i paid, it was great and felt safe. I also had to check out at 6am and the staff was ready right at 6 even though they are closed 2am-6am so that was great. They also were able to keep my bag there all day after I checked out.

The only issue was that there were no plugs near the bed. Only TV socket and for hair dryer.

Location is perfect. Just 10 minutes walking to the city center, 15 to the Trevi fountain. if you use the bus, you need 5 minutes to the city center (few bus stops) and the bus stop station is near to the hotel. Also, Termini station is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. For the some locations, which are not so near, you can use taxi, and for example to the Vatican Museum pay approx. 12eur. In a front of the Hotel is nice snack restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch.... or just drink a coffee....

There is no coffee machine in the room or in the hotel, and they do not have a refrigerator in the hotel. Ana that is not GOOD.

The hotel's location is close to all historical places, from the commercial markets, and to the train station.

The only thing i wish I'd know is that there are 6 + 3 stairs inside front door before reaching lift which was a problem with my heavy luggage.

there was a smell in my bathroom it was not nice, it smelled like Suir, also it was a little dated I would have loved a little fridge a wardrobe too , a dresser tabldd red with mirror these are things I would expect in a room for 120€ a night

The room was just 7 sqm (!) but that was OK. However, the Wifi in my room (#2) was poor and a kettle would have been nice. There was also much street noise late at night and once woke me up at 4.20am

The family who run this place, especially Carmen, were wonderful - grazie mille! The upgrade to a single room with ensuite was much appreciated. The hotel is a short walk from the Termini central railway station and there are also many bars, restaurants and 2 Coop supermarkets nearby.

It was a bit challenging to get used to the fact that there is a curfew between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. but this regulation is something that we knew when we booked our stay. It is nothing that will change the fact that we enjoyed our stay in GiuGiu. Another thing that could be useful for other travelers and guests who book a room in this hotel is that you will have to buy shower and bath equipment by yourself in a market as you will get only 7ml packages of shower gel per person per day by the hotel. We bought a package in the market right in front of the hotel.

The room was very clean. The room was cleaned every day during our stay including fresh and clean towels. The hotel is located in the city center so it was very easy to catch up with Rome's transport options and locations we wanted to visit and enjoy. There are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby and groceries and markets as well. The hotel staff was nice and communicative even though we did not need any help or had any questions. The room was quite simple and the bathroom is modern with a great shower and a hairdryer as well. We did not notice any noise from other rooms nor from the street in front of the hotel and had a good sleep.

Seagulls in Rome are loud and aggressive.

The only thing that I didn't enjoy was unfortunately the crowded road outside the window.

An excellent place to stay, very VERY clean and great location. The room had everything anyone could ask for 3 nights that we stayed. I would totally recommend it!!
