We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South Korea1. Room view : at first arrived, received a room on ground floor just next to pool. Definitely it was a same room in the booking. Com but very different atmosphere. Claimed a room and received another one but confronting other rooms. Next day received bigger and nicer room finally. If you are sensitive to room condition, recommend to contact hotel in advance. 2. Noise : due to old facilities, you can hear bathroom sounds of next room. 3. It is mostly with families and couples nor for alone tourists. 4. Bathroom : similar to other Italian hotels, small bathroom and old facilities. Had a hole in shower line.

GreeceThe staff were friendly and helpful but more importantl, everyone seemed to know what they were doing at all times. The busy breakfast room worked like clockwork because the staff were replenshing plates, clearing tables as soon as they were free and happy to help guests with coffees etc without a murmur. The pool area was clean and well organised - the life guards were on hand to help with towels and putting up umbrellas etc. The restaurant food was excellent and not over priced.

PolandAir conditioning not working. It was impossible to operate air conditioning system ourselves in the room. Turning it on/off we must all the time ask the reception. The breakfasts was very repetitive and few things to choose from. Generally, old hotel which needs renovation.

United KingdomIt’s tired, some staff were VERY miserable. the location around it is very poor, dirty and very unappealing. Catania is not a place I would return to. Nothing for older kids to do.
the view was spectacular, the breakfast excellent. the property needs upgrading - some of the rooms are outdated. the sea and snorkelling was great. great pool area.

Saudi Arabiagenerally staff were friendly, however there were few that were very rude. it was not easy to get recommendations from reception on places to visit, resturants, or excursions. the resturant needs to revamp. we had lunch and the food was mainly frozen and very limited choices.
The hotel is classical (not modern) good facilities and comfortable rooms. the pool area is nice and cozy and the location allows you to visit multiple destinations (by car)

Lovely location, lovely seaview, great swimming in the sea with easy access to the rocky shore with a safe entry into the water.

United Kingdom- Annoying to have to call about your air con and not be able to change it yourself - some of the prices were not ok - 11 euros for a small dessert wine and 11 euros for a small piece of cake that was then also out for breakfast the next day - Sadly the hotel charge extra for sun beds on the beach in the day, consequently they were not being used - seems like another naughty charge
- The view and setting is truly amazing - drinks overlooking the sunset cannot be beaten. The rocky hotel beach is also very cool - The rooms are clean and comfortable and the shower and bath good quality - The quality of the restaurant food was very good and the staff were helpful and lovely (for those saying they didn’t speak good English, google translate exists)

FinlandYou needed to go to the front desk to ask them to turn on the air conditioning. And it kept turning off after a while and you again needed to go back to ask. The restaurant staff did not know ANY English and you needed to ask for every single thing. Can I get a spoon with my tea, can I get a glass with my water etc.
The view was stunning, the rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. There was wonderful live music at the pool bar on Friday. There were plenty of sun beds and you got a clean towel to hang out at the pool.

SwitzerlandDue to precautions in place due to the coronavirus, the spa and indoor pool were closed. Rather disappointing. Breakfast didn't meet my expectations either. The choice of food was limited and everything was served - again due to coronavirus - which was understandable, but involved long waits when there was no-one around to serve. At least it was a great opportunity to practise my Italian, having to ask for everything.
I chose the hotel for it's location, set up on the rocks overlooking the sea. It was perfect. The room was also lovely - spacious, comfy and clean, although the promised sea view was somewhat disappointing. As it was Christmas, the hotel was nearly empty, and we were given VIP service in the bar and the restaurant by Salvo. Thank you so much.
