Showers run hot and cold... annoying. I've stayed twice in two different rooms and on two diffrent floors - same happened both times

Needs renovation, Airconditioning wasn’t working properly. Room key cards often stop operating after a few uses and you have to go back to reception to ask for new ones. Breakfast is limited options and repetitive. They leave water bottles in the room and then you get surprised that they charge you for it at an extra cost ( very sneaky and bad service) everywhere I travelled, minibar items are chargeable except for water.

Location next to a shopping mall and near the highway. A good spot for staying when you have a car and you intend to travel around during the day

It’s dated, you can see cracks in the wall, the bathroom needs a makeover asap! The carpets and the curtains are dirty, so are the walls. The breakfast for a 4**** hotel was really poor :(

The hotel is rather difficult to find, even if it is huge and visible from the street, but it could be better marked on the roundabout, we tried to get there three times with no success and it was really difficult to get through all those roundabouts around the hotel in rush hour with all those cars which didn´t respect the traffic rules. There were no glasses in the room, not even in the bathroom, so I asked for some at the reception and they gave me plastic ones, which was rather weird in a hotel of this kind... NO WIFI!!!!! I asked at the reception, the explanation was that there was a big group of tourists being accommodated right then and that when they get to their rooms, it will get better (???), but it DID NOT. No wifi for those 2 days we spent there! Just one socket by the bed, the next one was too far, you need an extension cable if you want to use a computer . No bar, no restaurant except for the breakfast (the receptionist told me the restaurant only works during weekends...), but that might be the consequence of the Covid period...

The room was clean and spacious with a seating area and the bed extra wide and comfortable, but with only 1 common duvet for both of us, which we are not accustomed to, so I asked for one more, which I got, but no room service, I had to go to the reception to get it. Breakfast was rich and tasty, the location quiet, with easy access to the public transport.

In the hotel parking i advise not to leave your bags or any thing inside the car, because some car windows was broken and the bags were stolen. i rent a sweet so the air conditioning in one of the rooms is not cold. The restaurant is simple and convenient because it is hospitality from the hotel and there are many excellent restaurants under the hotel

The location of the hotel is very convenient and there is a large market under the hotel, free parking is available .

No kettle/coffee machine in the room. Just bottles of water which were charged for. Without a taxi, we were unsure how you would get into the center of Monza.

Very clean and comfortable room. Huge bed and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful when we were trying to get a taxi at a very busy time! They were quick and efficient and we were impressed how they kept a track of everyone who was waiting to ensure no one jumped the queue!

The room was warm, air con not working properly. The pillows are the size of a newspaper with no extra pillows available. Breakfast is poor, more like a school canteen stuff. No WiFi in the room when we stayed. Reception desk staff very unhelpful and they make it clear they are not happy with their jobs.

Not much. Location is good for a one night sleep outside Milan but there is not much around the hotel. We used it to access Monza which is only Andre minutes away by train.

No bar or restaurant open . The hotel is advertised as having both. Ended up at eating at the Best Western down the road. . Poor location with poor pedestrian access. Room and bathroom old and tired. Nothing at all nearby except a huge shopping mall. Only stayed here for the Springsteen concert. Rip off.

We felt this hotel is a given-up project for the owners. They are not too keen running it like a professional hotel and has no interest for customer's basic care. The front office staff (except one, who assisted us while checking in on 2nd July - the young boy) were unfriendly and were least bothered to assist with any issues you may have. We stayed 4 nights and we discovered the bathroom shower was broken the very first evening - which, despite repeated requests, never got fixed till we checked out. Poor wi-fi signals, at least in the room where we stayed. Breakfast was so so. The servers at the breakfast restaurant (the two young people - one boy and a girl) were nice and cordial, but the tall-man (English speaking) was rude and unfriendly in his attitude to everyone. This hotel gets the Asian tourists brought in by the tour-bus companies. Guess that's why the breakfast guy and the front office staff treat them pretty poorly knowing that they will never return again. Unfortunately their attitude is same for the other hotel guests too. There is no restaurant or bar in this hotel. Neighbourhood is OK, but you will have to travel to Monza (5km way) to find a good restaurant. If you would like to get to the city centre of Milan, you will need at least 1 hour by public transport. This property is very well developed and can compete with great facilities - but the hotel management requires a lesson on how to run a hotel.

Great size of the room - we booked a suit as we were traveling with 3 adults and 2 dogs (small breed). Nicely developed property, there is a shopping mall just next door.
