Bathroom was upstairs which was a pain Had to share a kettle and cups with the other rooms. Room next door was noisy every time they used the bathroom. Terrace needs attention. Kept banging our legs on bed legs - bed too big for the size of the room.

The location is great, the room is quite big, fair enough for the prices in Firenze.

The amount of steps you have to climb to get to it. The toilet seat was slipping off- needs to be repaired. The front door key pad was not reliable. It often took several goes before it would unlock. The curtain is not adequate as it isn’t big enough to close and it was very sheer.

The bathroom was one floor up and very uncomfortable to use. Water was not very hot even. I was not aware of this and the owner said it was on the description. I didn’t see this.

The aircon is just a fan. The bathroom is really old with some dodgy fixtures, although it all works okay

Location: you can’t get any closer to the Duomo. Close to restaurant and grocery shop too.

WiFi wasn’t working properly in our room. The property is at the 2nd floor with the old stairs. It was hard when you have suitcases.

The pictures and the text gave a nice image of beautiful balcony and that's way we took that more expensive room. In real life the balcony was in the roof on the top of inner yard where smell of the restaurant's kitchen was strong and unpleasant. The stairs to toilet and balcony where high, if you have difficulties with walking. The room itself was very warm, nevertheless they was a fan. In shared kitchen there was only few cups. There was no proper facilities to cook, like it was promised in description.

The location was excellent in old town. The room was tidy and the bed was comfortable.

The shower didn't have hot water. Yes, it was hot outside but still it wasn't pleasant. Also it was a bit noisy because of the garbage vehicles outside.

A great hostel next to the Florence cathedral. The location is amazing. They've sent us all the instructions and we left them the money, so we haven't seen any of the staff. The room was not very big but it had all necessary things. Also they have a big kitchen with all dishes and stuff. You can leave your luggage there on the day of your check out.

Since its located in the centre of the city, it’s very noisy. Besides, the walls are very thin and one can hear everyone getting in and out. We were woken up quite often, since people were coming back to the Domus till 5am 🤷🏼‍♀️ so, not recommended for light sleepers.
