Very quiet and upscale area and convenient to reach most of the tourist attractions by public bus or walking less than 30 minutes. The owner helps guests to maximize travel experience in Florence. This is definitely a first-choice for us to stay should we visit Florence again in the future

A lovely apartment on a beautiful and quiet leafy street, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk/catch a bus to the main sights. Lorenzo was so helpful when we checked in and his restaurant recommendations were amazing! We loved the view from the terrace.

Kitchen facilities need to be uncluttered and old stuff thrown out. Needs new non Stick frying pan. Basic essentials were in short supply. Eg toilet paper, 1 tea towel, old kitchen sponge’s unacceptable we had to buy new ones, no washing powder. If the windows were open you heard the crashing of glass being put in the bins across the road. Should have salt and pepper, olive oil etc. coffee tea new soap etc. don’t enjoy finding other peoples old food in the cupboard for us to use. No thanks. We encourage Lorenzo to adopt these suggestions as we really care about him and his family business. Lorenzo we love your place but it needs more care.

The space and the views the proximity to the food shops and buses Lorenzo was very communicative.

Lovely quiet location near to excellent restaurants and within walking distance of the city centre. Lorenzo was so helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable and the map with key information was invaluable.

We loved staying in this beautiful apartment, close to the centre but also very quiet. The bedrooms were perfect for our family and the kitchen had everything we needed, with a nice balcony at the back. Lorenzo, the host, met us at the property and was very friendly, he gave us so many useful tips on places to visit, transport and local restaurant. Highly recommended!

It is close to the city and attractions. A very well appointed apartment that is cozy and homely. An engaging and gracious host with great advice. Felt like home and would highly recommend the apartment to everyone.

Great location especially as we had a car. Easy walk into the main area of Florence via Ponte di Vecchio. Lorenzo was so helpful and friendly with great recommendations. We would definitely stay again and will return.

Wonderful quite apartment, I stayed on a ground floor so it has a little garden. Felt like home. Bathroom is modern with bidet. Lorenzo is a super host and was available any time and was very supportive even if I had some issues in the city helped me to translate. Grazie Mille! Highly recommend

There was nothing we didn't like, it was perfect

Location, close to everything but in a quiet area. We stayed in the two bedroom split level upstairs apartment. Lovely balcony to sit on and a bonus was discovering that there were two bathrooms. The host was very welcoming. There were bus stops close by to get to the train station, and we took the bus to Siena for a day from there too.

Lorenzo is a fantastic host with great communication and excellent advice for making the most of our stay in Florence. The apartment is wonderful. Spacious, clean and with great views from the roof terrace. The location is excellent in a lovely neighbourhood with parking right outside. Perfect!

We had the perfect host. Our check in was smooth sailing and host was always available on whatsapp.The apartment was kit out with everything you would need for a comfortable self catering stay. Aircon worked perfectly. Location was perfect and a 10 to 15 minute to Florence main centre. Thank you Lorenzo!

Located in a posh residential neighbourhood but very close (5 min walk or less) to buses and convenient store. Our handover of keys was very pleasant and a good start to our stay. Spacious unit with 2 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and even a small garden to use. The host / owner was super helpful, provided many links to recommended eating spots, bars and special locations. We were even provided with a detailed map and personal notes to annotate. On request the host also arranged a taxi on departure. The unit was very clean with good quality aircons.

Check-in was easy with Lorenzo meeting us at the property & providing us with recommendations of restaurants & transport options. Washing machine & a/c worked great, especially in the June heat. Easy to catch the bus into main town with a short walk to the bus stop. Lorenzo was available to be contacted during our stay & assisted us with taxi reservations on our departure.

The location was fantastic, and the accommodation was superb. It was a quiet area yet close to the city. It's an absolutely great place to visit, and we would love to return. Lorenzo is a lovely man and very helpful. He couldn't do enough for you.

traditionally furnished apartment on a quiet street a few minutes walk to the city arch. perfect! - Lorenzo was a fantastic host! extremely welcoming, helpful.. made us feel at home. lots of recommendations of places to see/eat.. and was very kind on our last day helping us with a taxi to airport and letting us leave luggage for a few hours when we had checked out.
