Car parking and ski storage were not sufficient for the number of guests. Out of 4 days, only one day I managed to park my car in a proper spot. We had to just stack our skis against a wall because there was simply no free racking for us.

The hotel room is spacious with plenty of storage. Having a balcony that looks out into pristine snow is a big plus. The staff is very helpful and breakfast is generous.

The evening entertainment took up most of the public area, we would have preferred an option to sit somewhere more quiet.

The dinner is only at fixed price of 55 euro/person. You can eat anywhere in town with less than that (usually 15-30 euros). The restaurant manager was rude on multiple encounters, but all the other staff members were friendly and polite.

Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. Breakfast was very good but they don’t serve vegetables at all at breakfast. The transport to the slope was quick and easy. The pool was also clean and nice.

Very very poor WiFi in the room (3rd floor), and also the reception area. The Sommelier at the restaurant recommended us a very expensive champagne (approx. 80 EUR) without clearly explaining the price, which we felt was poor attitude.

We (family of 3) stayed 5 nights during Christmas 2023 for skiing, hospitality was good, restaurant was good, location is excellent.

The dinner is self-service and that wasn't clarified on our arrival. Perfect if you're hungry because you can serve yourself multiple times. Quality of the food could be improved but overall it was ok!

Great experience. We were given a free upgrade and the room was very big and nice. The staff is young, nice and helpful. The price we paid (330€ x 2 persons) was definitely a bargain for the type of hotel, the location and the room we were given.

Generally very good. My only slightly negative comment was the waiter service at dinner. On a few nights we struggled to get someone to take our orders and on 2 occasions the mains we did order never arrived. I think this was more due to the business of the restaurant than anything else, but some of the junior staff didn't seem very confident.

The rooms were really clean and well equipped, with very comfortable beds and lovely bathroom. The swimming pool was really pleasant as well and the transfer service to the ski lifts was excellent, we never had to wait very long at either end!

For the money, you can find something better. Not friendly staff on the reception. It's a big hotel, both breakfast and dinner are buffet, a lot of people, short in personnel, not a great experience. Bring you own swimming cap and slippers, if not you'll have to buy them, same with the bathrobe. After dinner, there were 2 animators/presenters very noisy. Their intention was good, and they were doing their job, but every night the only option to enjoy with your family or group after dinner was to deal with a very loud and "annoying-for-us" experience.

The dinner on the first night (Saturday) was mediocre. And our first breakfast (Sunday) also had some stale bread. But food thereafter improved a lot. I know from past experience that food in this region is amazing and so my expectations were very high.

The staff were amazing. From the reception staff, the shuttle drivers to the breakfast/dinners waiters. The private shuttle to the lifts was also brilliant.

Hotel is so so old, definitely needs the renovation. Rooms are very small, even no space to open the suitcase. Breakfast is poor, fruit are not fresh. Pool must be booked in advance and it is open only after 15.00
