We travelled trough Italy and it was nice place to stop for a night. On the motorway easy to reach it. Hotel was quiet comfortable. Staff was kind.

Sadly wasn't impressed with our experience at diner; took a while for the waiting staff to get into recognising that the customer is the primary concern not the fact that we arrived 10 minutes early for the meal! Salad was disappointing and appeared to be an afterthought. Saddened that we have to report in this way as the rest of our engagement with hotel and staff was positive

We spent a comfortable overnight at this hotel en route south. Although the property's facilities appeared a bit tired and in need of updating this didn't detract from our time there. We had a meal in the inhouse restaurant; not as good an experience as the menu suggested it could have been. In contrast in the morning breakfast was a more rewarding experience.

Tough to get to even using GPS. Impression online is that you can pull into the services station and access the property without ever leaving A1. This true, but GPS exits you so you pay the toll and then use back roads to get there. This meant you had to drive the same back roads to get back on A1. They really should emphasize to exit into the service station area.

One night stay in transit. Great restaurant. The meal we had was superb. Room was right size and recently remodeled.

First time in Italy and the staff were exceptional. Alot of improvements happening around the site but nothing that was an inconvenience and will be a great spot when ccompleted. Staff went out of their way to assist with anything needed. The restaurant and food quality was also a highlight... had some very enjoyable meals.

Despite looking clean, the bathroom in our room had both shower and bidet encrusted in limescale. That gives away the impression of cleanliness.

Very friendly staff, fantastic location. Unfortunately we couldn't try the restaurant which we have been told it's really good. Next time!

We stayed here 22 years ago because of the convenient location . We liked the hotel then and although there have been quite a few changes since (there was no restaurant 22 years ago), we liked it even more this time. The staff were great and we had a very enjoyable meal in the restaurant. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely stunning location just behind the autogrill without necessity to leave the highway. Very nice and kind staff- especially the highly professional gentleman who checked me in late at night. Privat parking monitored by night custodian. super safe. Comfortable and quiet room.

I see that they are renovating the hotel which is great. The only thing I can think of is the attention to detail at the breakfast buffet. The reviews about the buffet were great so maybe my expectations were a little too high. I think it would be great if they could offer fresh fruit, regular bread and cold meats and cheese.

The service was excellent. While we waited for our room we were offered a beverage and all our questions were answered. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel restaurant is also well worth the visit.

Location is right off the A1 so a good place to stop while traveling. It was nothing fancy but did the job. I would go back again if traveling and needed a place to stop.

We reserved this hotel because we were traveling in august and the rooms have air-conditioning. The air-conditioning does not work very well at all.

Flushing toilet, small shower, not all lights are working in the room.

Location, breakfast, nice personal, parking. Bathroom's equipment was old,but clean. Perfect for a stop for one or two nights to explore or to rest.
