Huge room with a fantastic view, great facilities and friendly and helpful staff

The address on our booking.com reservation took us to the wrong location, and when we called the person was not helpful, when we showed him mistake,he refused accept, next day a lady clearly understood what we were saying. I found it by going directly to the hotel website , and we ended up having to find the ferry with the help of some locals who spoke english and another tourist, but the location was excellent after we got settle in. Staff was very helpful, and the free breakfast was outstanding. The room was very modern, and the super clean restaurant staff were very nice and helpful . We would stay here again for sure.

I just think it's important to mention the type of room and to explain how low the ceiling is.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay but we did not know we were getting the attic room which was a bit uncomfortable due to the low ceiling.

Walk from ferry was a little long.

Lezzeno is a bit more difficult to reach by ferry Not as many ferries stop there as other places which makes it nice and quiet but a bit challenging to reach and return to each day of exploring the lake

The rooms and bathrooms were modern Breakfast was great Patios overlooking the lake Packed breakfast for us because we had to leave early due to flight change

The view from the balcony was gorgeous, and the room itself was very nice. In fact, I think the pictures really don't give the actual room justice! Good continental breakfast with fresh coffee, and an affordable and tasty restaurant if you wish to also have dinner at the hotel.

Shampoo is environmentally friendly soap. It could be better if shampoo is just normal one.

Beautiful place! Room has amazing view and room is very clean and maintained. All staffs are friendly and breakfast is also good. There is a restaurant downstairs. Good service and food.

Lovely hotel with view to the Lake of Como. Amazing breakfast and very nice staff. Very close to Bellagio and other beautifull small towns.

Hotel is not very near to lake but it surely has a view. And when you get a lake view room you see that when you standa up, wheen you sit down there is no view since windows are high.

Hotel was cosy, bed was comfortable and bathroom was big and clean. Breakfast was good

Everything. Staff were friendly. Hotel is quaint with historic exterior, modern and clean interior. The views were amazing. Quiet area with small shops and restaurants close by.

The room was noisy (wall are thin or poor isolation) you will hear everything happening in the corridor. Access to the boat is 10 min walk on the road (no pedestrian) The number of boat stopping in Lezzeno is limited so plan your journey well ahead, on the other end the city is quiet.

Price is affordable. Hotel is approx 10 room which is cosy. The view of the room was amazing. Restaurant available in the hotel which is practical. There is a bus stop just near the hotel. Parking available at the hotel. Friendly staff.

The shower was a bit small, and I am a small person at 5'3 under 120lbs.. would be very bothered if I were a taller/larger individual.

The patio where the continental breakfast was served was absolutely lovely.. so picturesque!
