Thin walls, you will be sleeping with your neighbour noises. Unfortunately if there are only few guest, at the hotel, the management prepare rooms side by side, so the whole hotel empty but you will hear your neighbours because of this room management.

Facilities are tired. Carpets are worn and lifts have an odd smell. The shower in our room was difficult to move in as it was so small.

Breakfast was good with a fabulous view. Reception staff super helpful and friendly.

Not too many choises at breakafst, poor lighting in the room, could use some renovation, could not connect phone for tv casting, pool closed though warm weather (to be fair it was october and the point of the trip was visiting not staying too much at the hotel)

Our room smelt of cigarette smoke we opened windows to fixed the issue and AC didn't function but this could be due already end of September .

No Restaurant on the Sunday evening , and most of the places to eat in town also shut. Would have been good to have more information about this and where to eat on the Sunday evening. Or possibly some sort of snacks available. Would also have been nice to be able to get Lighter snacks through the lunch time instead of full dinner menu.

Location great Friendly and helpful staff especially Sandro , great recommendations on how to get to Florence easily and where to eat when we were there, and other places of interest to visit during our stay. Really useful . Very clean , lovely restaurant, great food. Nice to have a pool , and handy for the local supermarket. Comfortable rooms , cleaned daily.

There was no one at the bar all day, only someone at reception so if you wanted a drink during the day they had to come over to you or call someone else to come - this was slightly awkward. The kitchen was not open for lunch on Tuesday even though it was advertised as being open, and no explanation given for this - not acceptable as any food is a walk away and the hotel is located at the top of a hill, making it necessary to walk up the hill after lunch when the hotel didn’t provide any food during the day.

The room was very comfortable and great air con to keep you cool during the heat. The pool was nice and not crowded so no issue getting a sun lounger and umbrella. The staff were friendly. Nice view from the hotel.

There wasn’t air conditioning but instead a centralized air circulation system which did the trick. The water in the shower was overwhelming in chlorine smell which was aggressive on the skin.

The location was excellent! Ample parking space was included. Lots of nice trees. A view to die for. The pool looked clean and enticing but we were too tired from the long drive.
