Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Ursula was very helpful to answer all questions. Apartment was perfect for our needs, clean and comfortable. Apartment wasn’t near to old center but it suited our needs and we drove when needed.

Ursula was very helpful, she gave us suggestions and told us where to park free during our stay. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean. A walk of 15-20 minutes to reach the city centre and the harbour. We shared the kitchen with a couple and they were very nice. We had juice, cereals and a cake for breakfast. We had a very nice stay.

Ursula is so caring and helpful. We love this spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean apartment; it feels like a home away; we have everything we need. Ursula also introduced us to how the locals park; we park free during our stay conveniently and safely. She provided all information we needed and gave us many valuable suggestions. We went to the restaurant that Ursula recommended, Luname, which has excellent fresh seafood, a lovely sea view, and friendly, warm service; we love the holidays here and want to visit again! A very clean and spacious modern apartment. A super welcome from the host Ursula. convenient for Salerno railway station, bus station and Seafront. you must take a bus trip along the Amalfi coast!

the inly fault in the apartment was that one of the t.vs in the room did not work out side of that i have no complaints
the location was central, it was secure and it was very comfortable and well finished and it was perfect for our trip if i ever go back to salerno i will definitely say here again.

Great place to stay, will be returning no doubt. Host Ursula was fantastic and informative. Its only a 7 minute walk from the train station and harbour and 5 minutes from main bus station so perfect for any sightseeing.

Friendly host, huge apartment with nice design, very comfortable, everything perfect. The kitchen is equipped very well with everything you need for cooking, for making good coffee, nice and spacious balconies. Windows with good isolation against noice. For sleeping we turned the air condition on, because with opened windows it would be a little bit too loud. A supermarket is nearby. The beach and also the center is a 10 minutes walk away. We were very happy here.

The owner is great Free parking on a nearby street. You can stop right at the entrance for some time to move luggage A supermarket nearby Walking distance to the beach, great restaurants and ice cream places Everything we needed was there and ready. in the description it states it includes breakfast but there is no breakfast served, only some yoghurt and pre-packaged food. in 5 minutes walk there were many places to get some breakfast so was not an issue for us.
Nice spacious and clean room, because there were no other guests we had the shared kitchen and living room for ourselves which was nice. all amenities were there (incl washing machine). parking can be a bit difficult but was no problem for us, little bars and shops in the area to get some groceries or breakfast. Ursula our host was great, she responded quickly via WhatsApp if we had any questions.

Two small things were missing for me, a mirror in bedroom and a full length ironing board, (there was a small table top iron board provided )
Wow factor modern new decor, spacious and very clean. In an area where there was good bars restaurants and shops. Beach, Station and centre accessible by foot.
