Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyThe big problem was, if you are with bulky luggage, it is not accessible because it is located on the 2nd floor of an old historical building. Another issue with the comfort is the lights of the sensors (in blue, etc) which are seen all the night, and which prevents a proper sleep quality. But overall, it is a great hotel.
Excellent located, directly at the very commercial street Via del Corso, walking distance to Pantheon and Piazza di Spagna. The beds are super comfy and the room was very clean

United States of AmericaToo much technology with lighting system and television. Only two outlets in the room-1 in bedroom and 1 in bathroom. No other outlets or usb outlets at bedside or elsewhere in the room. Lights can only be turned on via hand placement-no switches. Instant coffee in room with a kettle but no cream(er) option, we bought a bottle of milk. Only two flimsy paper cups which were not replaced after the first of our 5 night stay. The television that only offers apps (Netflix, Amazon prime etc) can only be operated with an Xbox controller, very difficult for those that aren’t video game experienced! Not quite sure what they’re going after with a big mirrored headboard that lights up in different colors if you place your hand over the wrong dot on the wall, or the light “ring” around the bed, or additionally, the large mirror on the ceiling that was odd as well. No bedside lamps, if the lights are on in the room ALL the lights are on, therefore if one person wants to read the other has to ok with all the bright light. One small soap in the bathroom so be ready to take it back and forth to the shower, or do as we did and buy a bottle of shower gel at the store. I believe they advertise as a “technology” property, but frankly they miss the mark in being just a solid hotel property.
Great location, comfortable bed, staff was pleasant.

United States of AmericaIt was located on 2nd floor. Had to use small elevator which was out of service for a day. The rooms has too much technology which did not work well. Lights timed out and come on during the night time. Not much on television which we could never get to work.

United States of AmericaThe only downside of the location of the hotel is that there is a significant amount of street noise (sirens, people yelling, etc). I sleep with earplugs though so the noise didn't bother me at night. The doors and walls were quite thin, but luckily it wasn't too much of an issue for us during our stay as we were out most of the time we weren't sleeping. Hallway noise was easily heard, which makes me wonder how much room noise can be heard from the hallway. Some of the rooms are right off the main lobby so I'm glad we didn't stay in one of those. The AC only goes down to 19 degrees C, which was a little warm for sleeping for our taste.
The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's just a couple minutes walk from so many restaurants, historical sites, and shops. The bed was spacious and comfortable, with two pillows for each person. The room was clean, with the exception of some dust in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, the shower we had had metal planks across the floor for a "hidden drain" effect and some of them were bent/loose, but we personally didn't have issues with them. The rain shower and the detachable head worked fine. The only thing in the bathroom we couldn't quite figure out was the RGB colors in the shower. They would either get stuck on a rainbow fade or randomly choose a single color that didn't seem to coordinate with the control, but no biggie. My boyfriend and I are tech people, so we didn't have any problems controlling the bedroom lights, AC, or TV but we can see how some people would have issues. The TV is controlled through an xbox which worked just fine for us. There is an elevator to the 2nd floor, but be warned it is small - I don't think it could fit a wheelchair. I can't comment on the breakfast as we never had it during our stay.

United States of AmericaFor a hotel that is supposed to “high tech” - it took 3 remotes to work the tv (and an advanced degree). Because of the high technology, there were no outlets by the bed to charge your phone. in fact there were only 2 outlets in the room - 1 in the bedroom across from the bed and one in the bathroom. I kept getting kicked off the wifi.
The location was great. the bed was comfortable and the shower and night light in the bath were nice.
