- a coffee maker or at least cups or some glasses and a water cooker….. - we turned around when we saw the breakfast area….the food looked good and varied though. - no response after our last email by their staff….. in other words: bad communication. Four star minus. - front desk handed over the key and that was it. No further information….

+ Very clean and well prepared family room (twin master bed and twin sleeping couch) with balcony at the first floor in front of the elevator + During the night we did not hear a thing. + good selection on flat screen + The pool and their safe guard are great, kids liked the hot tub bubble bath, friendly pool bar personnel, good sitting area, showers. + opposite is an unbeatable place when it comes to cappuccino and breakfast the Italian way. All required shopping available at walking distance. Ate my best grilled fish of Sardinia in a tourist place Linus. + parking at hotel or the back street.

The balcony door was falling out of the frame, hanging on my one hinge. They didn’t do much to fix it during our four night stay, just said they ordered a part and didn’t offer to move us. Felt like it could fall out of the wall. This place is bare bones and can use some new life (plants, better scents, etc.).

Great location and the space has a lot of potential - good hotel size and awesome location. Priced well.

The hotel seems quite dated and feels like management haven't maintained it properly over time. Room fit out is cheap, air conditioning doesn't work in some rooms, and simple things like attending to basic maintenance doesn't seem to get done. For example, during our stay one of the poolside shower drains became blocked and started to smell, but over the 4 days of our stay the staff did nothing to fix or even block off the area causing it to get worse. It was still a comfortable enough stay but not worthy of 4 stars or the money we paid in my opinion.

The mattress was nice and the swimming pool was very relaxing. The staff was friendly but everything which makes a 4 stars was missing (the little extra which makes a difference wasn’t there..no luxury..just basic)

Aircon works more like a fun than an AC. No restaurant at the hotel but there are options around.

Everything was nice, no complaints. As a suggestion, maybe change something about the breakfast every 2 days. For people that stay longer, it can be a little boring to have the exact breakfast every day. But this is hardly a complaint- the breakfast was very good.

The hotel is located in the center of Cannigione - you can reach it by foot, really, since the town is very small anyways. The staff is very polite, speaks a bunch of languages, super helpful and very attentive. The room is big enough, cleaned daily and the beds are super comfy. We also liked the bathroom- spacious, clean and it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. There was also a balcony and a smart TV, which was pretty cool, since we had one day of rain and we could watch Netflix and drink prosecco :)). The pool area is also very nice and clean and the parking lot outside, very accommodating. The AC worked fine and the wifi was very very good and one had coverage in every part of the hotel. The breakfast, although exactly the same every day, was very diverse and delicious.

The gym is non existent, a couple cardio machines and one broken combi machine doesn't deserve the name gym / fitness room, sorry . Didn't use the sauna as it was at extra cost. Coffee facilities in the room would be nice

there is a cafe bar over the road which is open until the early hours. if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room at the back of the hotel.

I wish the pool was open but it was raining on day 1. They were opening it up on our last day as the sun came back! The town is a different place.

Its located very close to the beach. Staff and Olivia at check in was very helpful and friendly! Nice restaurants are at a walkable distance.

The hotel has not a private garage or parking area. It would be a great addition for the clients. They can park without wasting time around in the neighbor.

The concierge and the public areas are quite big. The room was always very clean and the stuff was always kind and gentle. The room was big and there was also the balcony as a plus! The concierge stuff was always avaialble and proactive with our requests. The swimming pool is quite big and there is a lot of space for all the clients: there is also an hot tube avaialble! The position is also very strategic: 20 minutes to Porto Cervo, 35 minutes to Porto Rotondo, 25 minutes to Palau and the rest of Costa Smeralda. The Oblia port and airport are just 40 minutes far from the hotel. You are able to reach the entire north-east of Sardinia in less than 1 hour.
