Everything! Location,Staff,Amenities,Breakfast which included Mimosas and Cafe’ drinks,Bar,Room with Double Balconies that viewed the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio, Daily Room Cleaning, Robes, Complimentary Slippers, Daily Treats. We will definitely ALWAYS stay at Hotel Balestri-WTB Hotels when we come to Florence. I am from Texas and we have some called Southern Hospitality. Hotel Balestri has that Hospitality!!!!

The location is perfect. Although the upgrade with the river view was a bit more pricey, I do feel it was worth it. The hotel is a great size, not too big and had a boutique feel to it. Rooms were a good size. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone visiting Florence and will be back again.

Would stay again”The only issue was the apartment was a solid 10 minute walk to the actual hotel. So going for breakfast took some time but you get to walk by the Arno river the whole way so still not a big issue.
The apartment had everything one would need. Firstly, the check in process was easy. They held onto our bags until the room was ready. The apartment was clean, spacious, fully equipped with everything one might expect in an apartment, and the views were phenomenal. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The location was perfection. Take a right and you were at the Ponte Vecchio Bridge. I would absolutely stay again!

It is only ok for a quick early bite maybe once during your stay but definitely far from a nice hotel breakfast experience. We would have also expected some options in the hotel minibar (it only has complimentary water)
This was our second time staying at Hotel Balestri which we mainly liked for the casual elegant style and most of all, the perfect location on the bank of river Arno - we booked river view rooms with balcony both times, which is well worth the price. We arrived super late after 1am but the checkin was still nice and smooth, and we were able to get an upgrade for a balcony room on our first morning. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, we particularly like the bathroom and the comfy offer of pilllows and the valet parking service is safe and quick.
