Elevator concerned me a lot

Location was very close to train station and flixbus station, so it was easy to carry my baggages until the hotel. Receptionist helped me a lot, to describe the city, and useful tricks like streets which I have to avoid at night.

It is up the slope on a hill. If you have luggage, it is hard to push your luggage. No kettle or microwave in the room.

Right outside the main station. Property was clean and value for money.

We don't like the attitude of front desk in last day thy guy was rude take advantage of Italian mode trying to over charge for service like taxi and service with tourist people

The internet situation was kind of crap. On the fourth floor I had to physically leave my room to get signal for both wifi and phone calls.

I absolutely loved the location since it was next to the main train station in Genoa. The reception was also friendly and let me check in early. Dog friendly as well.

The heat wasn’t turned on and it was about 18C in the room which I felt was chilly. Tried adjusting the radiator to no avail. It was 6-11C and occasionally rain but there was a good hot shower available.

The hotel is just 2 min from the train station, very convenient for a short stopover. very basic, but clean. Friendly staff.

No kettle in my room so couldn’t make a tea or coffee to have in the room. Also the bathroom needs a little table to put your toiletries on, there’s nowhere at all in the bathroom to put stuff. The bathroom was spotless snd huge though the shower was very compact.

Clean & very close to train station which was handy when arriving & leaving. Also close to many restaurants & the waterfront.

It is up a steep hill, but has a nice view therefore. It looks all a bit outdated, but it is cheap.

I liked how friendly and helpful the receptionist was. They let me lock my bike in a secure backyard and helped me in when it was raining and I had loads of luggage on my bike.

Staff were good and friendly, only one guy not. He was so unfriendly.

Very friendly and kind staff. Very good location (just 2 minutes from the station) and lots of restaurants in the area. Good choices for breakfast.

Walls were very thin and could hear neighbors like they were in the room with me. The attitude of the 2 male front desk persons I had the GREAT displeasure of speaking with. I was exhausted when I checked in front desk guy pointed me towards the elevator. When I had trouble getting the elevator to work he FINALLY came over after me continually calling down the hall for help and he was really nasty and condescending to me. Later the other front desk guy -when I came down to ask for the wifi password- was downright hostile towards me. They shouldn't be working in the hospitality business and I'll never come back to this hotel because of them. The one woman I dealt with at checkout was pleasant and fine to deal with.

The room was fine. Large bed, refrigerator, clean bathroom. Great location across from railroad station. Breakfast was fine.

In my room, 3 electricity switches weren’t working, so to charge my phone I was unplugging the TV cable.
