Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyI booked it because it was written that the hotel is only 12 km away from San Pelegrino Terme, but it's not true. The hotel is located in another volley. Anyway we could go to San Pelegrino Terme. It's 40-50 minutes drive.
We booked beacase there is a spa (pay extra), the place was quite and the stuff was kind. The food in the restourant was very delicious.

United KingdomFridge in the room was noisy. Spa can get quite busy as there are a lot of people for the size of the hotel. Although the restaurant was nice, food could have been better, the price was high and the flavours were slightly unbalanced - for instance, the fish main didn't have any vegetables and the mushroom appetizer had little flavour. Breakfast was very busy so it was hard to get a coffee order and no one had changed the tablecloth. Wouldn't stay more than a couple of nights in winter as the spa is small.
Lovely family-run spa hotel. Clean and homely feel and friendly staff front of house and restaurant. Think the rooms are well-priced. Well-cleaned rooms. Would have booked a bigger room but the hotel was fully booked. Beautifully presented and good service in the restaurant. Breakfast and Merenda were lovely. Really good massages. Easy to get to with views of the mountains. Would recommend it as a special place for a short break.

HungaryThe parking spaces near the hotel are limited, although there's a free parking zone 200 meters away in the village.
The hotel is located in the mountains, in a quiet and gorgeous village. The place itself is amazing, the view is breathtaking, the rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The spa area is well worth the extra 10 Euros / person. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious and there's a whole section of gluten free food if you so desire. I can only recommend the hotel and would definetly return!

United KingdomThe robes were on the small side and as guests it would have been nice to have had complimentary access to the sauna etc.
Lovely family run hotel (not too big, not too small). Well appointed without being ostentatious. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a large balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds and the mountains beyond. A good choice offered at breakfast which is served on a lovely terrace. Great indoor/outdoor spa pool with well designed jacuzzi areas. Friendly and accommodating staff who were generous and helpful when we were severely delayed by our outbound flight and could not check in until the early hours. A key and welcome note was left along with some supper in our room. Would very much like to return.

We were met with the warmest of welcomes to this family run hotel. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, arranging a spa day, trial of e-bikes and a meal at the hotel. The food was incredible - both our evening meal and the very generous breakfast. The hotel family extends to a local pizzeria where we spent an entertaining evening as the only non-Italian family in the restaurant. Again - delicious food and a warm welcome. Although the drive to the hotel required some agile driving the proximity of the (free) parking meant we could park up, relax and enjoy our stay. Just perfect.

NetherlandsWe had a truly amazing stay at this family owned establishment. It's great to see that the Gritti family runs it so well. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room chosen was not super big but it was very clean with a great bed and the room comprised of all necessities. It had a cute little balcony to chill. The bathroom was nice and the shower quite big. We ate at the local pizzeria (also owned and run by the family). We were lucky enough to have experienced the special night where they closed off the street and had set up tables in the middle of the road. The pizza was amazing and the accompanied live music made it even more memorable. The next night we ate at the restaurant in the resort and enjoyed it a lot. We received complimentary starters, had a great pasta course (the raviolli was to die for) before we enjoyed our main courses. The local wine went with it very well. However, the view over the entire valley was the main star of the evening. We also enjoyed a full day of relaxation in the spa/wellness which has everything you need to thoroughly rest and relax. We would recommend this hotel/resort very highly to everyone looking for some authentic Italian food, service and relaxation. I'm sure we will come back at one point!

United KingdomThe noise insulation between floors and room doors is not great and was a tiny distraction on our last night due to a larger group of guests arriving on the day.
Our 4th time at the hotel Miramonti. Great location and excellent value for money for a couple of nights stay to explore the Bergamo/Valle Imagna/Como area or simply relax in Rota D’Imagna. Nice breakfast selection, swimming pool, and very clean, spacious and well arranged rooms in general. The family that runs the hotel is always around and all the hotel staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Hotel has a well run restaurant for dinners, which we haven’t visited this time, and the pizzeria run by the same family is 100% worth a visit.

United KingdomI would only say the outdoor pool could have been bigger otherwise nothing else.
The warm welcome we received when arriving at the hotel and the friendliness of all the staff. We were very lucky to have been given a room upgrade that has the 'Wow' factor. That was very kind of them and very much appreciated. Lovely room with a good view over the woodland below and beyond (see photo) Pool area is very nice and relaxing as well as the outdoor area. We ate food there in their restaurant in the evening and enjoyed it very much. (especially the octopus, the best I've had!)

DenmarkIt is (I believe) allowed to smoke on the balconies connected to the rooms, and the smoke carries over into the other rooms. By the spa area the hotel has a special designated smoking area and this could have been applied for the other parts of the hotel.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were treated with so much hospitality and the staff really does a lot to get to know you and make your stay great. We had a little hiccup with our booking and the staff did so much to fix it and gave us a great stay and were really helpful giving us ideas on how to spend our week in the Imagna Valley. The food was great, the view was outstanding, the spa facilities were great, and the other guests at the hotel were respectful. Def. a perfect place for a laid-back and comfortable vacation while still having the perfect amount of luxury. We were there for our honeymoon and would recommend especially for couples.
