I think the breakfast should offer a bit more variety. Also, we wrote several times to ask about recommended places for rental bikes around the area and if it was ok to bring our bikes, but we did not get any reply.

I really like the calm location and the view from the room. The swimming pool looked very good, but due to bad weather, I could not try it. Also, the staff was very helpful!

This is one of the BEST hotels we've ever stayed. The location was perfect, the property was fantastic and the staff were friendly. We didn't dine at the restaurant (exception to comp'd breakfast) but everything was well worth the money. The room view, and property amenities are unmatched!

Breakfast was mostly gone by 9:30 and wasn’t restocked. Shower was a bit dated.

Not one single thing. It was wonderful.

Everything. My group of 6 girlfriends were treated royally. The Hotel is lovely, rooms with magical views amazing, restaurant very good. We loved the peaceful location with easy access to the ferry to explore other towns. We also did the train day trip over the Swiss Alps. Stunning. The staff is top notch. Valerio. Chiara and Giuseppe were so attentive, professional and friendly. The other staff were also excellent including Diana. Thank you all for making our week with you perfect. Grazie di tutto.

The rooms we got was the old type rooms. Classic Italian style, charming but a little too old, needed some tlc.

I liked everything

We had the best room with the best view of Lake Como!! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the quiet and relaxed location. Not too touristy. We will come back.

once all the rooms are remodeled, it’ll be even more comfortable

gorgeous location in a quieter part of the lake with both a pool and a beach at a reasonable rate. seems like the best option at this price point. we loved it. room was comfortable, terrace was great, huge breakfast, and staff was fantastic and friendly.

The large balcony was exceptional with a view the length of the lake, Very easy to find with free parking right outside. A short walk (about five minutes) to Gravedona to the ferry and numerous restaurants there and also at Domaso

The breakfast was limited but manageable.

The location is great and the views are amazing. The staff are friendly and approachable. The room was fit for purpose and manageable. I definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.
