there is a mini bar in the room which looks like a fridge with nothing inside but water and no price. So we thought water was for free - as there were no price and no cart saying anything. We were charged at the check-out. Would be good to put a cart that it's paid and not gratis - minor thing but leaves an impression, too. Overall the hotel is a bit old - cleaned daily but facilities look somewhat used.

- Our room was not part of the renovated one so it was a bit basic and old looking (however it was clean) - It is not soundproof at all! We heard the guy next door snoring all night. - The room temperature was so hot, not sure if there was a heater or it was just the room itself (the fridge produce a lot of heat!) but that was nothing we could control as the temperature control we had in the room was not actionable. - Whilst we were aware of the bus situation, it does take a bit longer than expected which is a bit of a nuisance (30 to 40 minutes to get to the center of town), the hotel is in fact quite far from the city center. - The cleaning lady was in our room on both occasion as we came back from breakfast and we had to wait outside, however we had not put the card to not go in the room.

The hotel is beautifully decorated downstairs with game like chess etc which is very cool. The breakfast buffet is delicious with loads of choice to pick from and the room is very pretty.

We have booked 2 nights stay in this hotel, due to business needs we had to stay additional day, they had no rooms left apart from an old apartment in the next building to the hotel. The room smelled of cigarettes, and was very different to the modern room we stayed the first 2 nights. My suggestion would be, make sure to book the modern rooms, otherwise your stay will not be pleasant.

The new upgraded rooms were beautiful, clean and modern. The breaksfast was excellent, very beautifully designed dining area and a good choice for food. Big car park.

There isn't anywhere to walk near the hotel however we spent all day and night in city centre. The bathrooms are dated and could do with refurb.

The reception and bar/breakfast area is nice and modern. Breakfast is very nice and fresh. The towels and bed linen are good quality. Free parking. The staff are very helpful. The bus stop is just outside and is regular and only 2euro to city centre.

Our flight got canceled so we arrived way later than planned. We e-mailed the hotel and they responded promptly that they would be open and waiting for us. This was a welcome relief close to midnight. The staff was very, very friendly and accomodating. I love the comfort of the bed and bedding and my partner reveled in the amenities provided in the bathroom. Breakfast was probably the best we had in our entire Italian adventure. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a one-night stay (only 15 minutes or less from Bologna airport).

The breakfast buffet was a little poor. We had to wait for the refill of the food and there were a lot of tables that were empty but still had dirty plates on them… I think they should also put on some radio to have a nice atmosphere during breakfast.

There is bus no. 25 that goes from the hotel yard to the center of Bologna every 15 mins, day and night. You don't have to drive your car to town and waste time and money for parking. That is really great.

The view of the prison was not very nice. The bathtub was not working, and seems to be out of fuction since quite a while. Poor possibilities to eat around the hotel.

Location. Needed to take a bus into city center because private cars not permitted. Hotel was completing renovations and had no restaurant facility available but because of hotel’s location there were no cafes or supermarkets nearby.
