Good location and good value for money.

I would have liked to see a person. When I arrived, the main door to the unit, it smelled like a toilet was backed up. Very stuffy and my unit, inside, #1, also smelled stuffy and stinky, so I aired it out by opening the windows and it was fine. There were no complimentary toiletries, which is very common, but was ok not to have them, but so many others provide that with a complimentary breakfast too. What I prioritized by selection this unit, I got…so I’m content. The mattress on the double bed was a little stiff but it was ok. The tv only had Italian content.

It was a traditional pension with a very authentic feel for Rome. It’s been over 20 years since I’ve staying in Italy and I wanted to enjoy a nice pension. Success…the staff communication was prompt and very helpful with logistics and suggestions for taxi, dinner etc. The place was very clean and the linens were fresh and clean. It was nice that there were kitchen facilities but for a short 1-2 day visit, I wouldn’t need that. I actually didn’t realize that was available when I booked my stay. I would highlight that more in the description for those who really are looking for that feature.

Nearby metro station, about 150m. Easy to arrive after midnight, at 0.40. At the leaving day it was possible keep luggage there after check out. Friendly and fast answering to the questions by text.

The only problem for me was the noise from the small fridge which was in the room ( I just switched it off as I didn’t use it) and small trouble with opening the downstairs door- the key fitted in but it doesn’t turn easily. Same with the upstairs door. We managed but it was a little bit stressful at first.

The room was very specious with large comfy bed, good size bathroom with fancy shower (my son love it). Good windows with shutters. Access to the kitchen. Infos about local area and dinning from the host- with small discount offer.

We were very pleased with the choice of this place. The room #3 turned out to be even better than we expected. The area is perfect for anyone planning to travel by train — that’s really good area in the city center and close to Tremini station The administrators were very friendly, were always in touch on WhatsApp and resolved any questions instantly. They shared with us a map of recommended places in our area and even helped us call a taxi to the airport. Thanks a lot The only thing to take into account is that the walls are quite thin and you can often hear your neighbors. Anyway, this wasn’t a problem for us. The rooms are located on the 4th floor without an elevator - but this is an excellent opportunity to shake up the pasta eaten for lunch

It was on the third floor. No elevator. Some buildings can not be modified. It was difficult carrying the luggage up all those stairs. I am not a youngster. ;) I think the presence of stairs and/or no elevator should be better highlighted in the booking.com website. No fault of the the establishment but the guests across the hall (mother/daughter) argued for hours. The walls are not sound proof. I did have one technical issue. Perhaps owners could laminate and post on wall instructions on how to turn on the TV. LOL After about 45 minutes and I finally got it.

Room was a good size for me. Bathroom was clean. Nice restaurant next door with delicious food. Refrigerator was nice to have. Security was very good! Instructions to enter the facility were very good. Each room has a name. I would recommend the name of the room be listed as part of the check-in instructions. There was a neat clean kitchenette. Very close to train station which was good since I had lots of luggage. LOL Internet was good. I would definitely consider for rebooking my next time in Rome.

We booked two beds and didn't realise but the matress on the single bed had been flipped and made up to the very uncomfortable underside. No idea why but made for a very bad night.

Super clean, nice kitchen area for own meals and well situated for access to transport, restaurants and shops. Easy to walk to major sites or take a bus/metro. Remote checkin works well and the staff made regular contact to followup. We had small bags so the 3 floor walkup wasn't a problem.

Location, although great for the train station and visiting the colosseum, can feel a bit scary when wandering about at night. Wouldn't recommend going home after midnight by foot

The bathroom is little small but worked fine as just the 2 of us.

Very good location. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants and the colosseum. The staff were very helpful and checked we had everything we needed. Room was spacious. There are a few steps to check In but the host sent clear instructions and made sure we checked in ok.

Beware that if you book a single room, there is an external bathroom that you would have to use which is not connected to the room. Ask beforehand if this is the case.

It has a good location. Metro stations are very close so it is easy to visit the city and the symbolic places of Rome. The staff responds fast. Good price.

I did not like their access system, especially because you cannot access to the apartment if you don't have internet. The host's solution was to give me the WiFi password that did not work at the front door because the guesthouse is located at the 4th floor...if you fear stairs, this is not for you! I was lucky that when I arrived someone from the building was leaving and let me in.

Room was clean and well maintained. There is also a small fridge. Host quickly answered to messages although they were not at the guesthouse.

there was a lot of water after the shower. bad construction. i had some problems in communication with the host, misunderstanding about reservation. it quiet spoiled the day and took a lot of time but guess it individual experience

location is good. it not so close to dirty Termini and not so far from main attractions. there are a lot of coffees, shops around as well as park. The guest house is in nice authentic building so it is good experience as well. decor of rooms is nice as well. as a lot of people mention before you will need an internet to go inside of the building. for some it might be the problem i guess. but i liked it. there is a kitchen in the property, good furnished.

the staff doesn’t clean the bathroom and don’t change the towel until I reminded her. she told me where to get it myself. but it’s okay, you get what u paid for. so if you don’t mind this nuisance, it’s a good choice
