Nothing! It’s worth saying this is not a conventional hotel - no breakfast or restaurant and no 24 hour reception. A more nervous solo traveller might prefer the traditional hotel. But not me I loved it. And with 3 locks between you and the street, it felt very secure. Staff were very helpful. Room has coffee machine and small charge for fridge items. I’d give it more stars if I could!

The required checkin' at the main establishment and subsequent walk to the actual apartment was a bit of a push at the end of the day - stress that didn't have to be there. Finally getting to the apartment, it was a least 90 degrees inside - as all three wall heaters were on......After shutting off the heaters and turning on the three AC units things got better before it was time for bed. Inside the building is like nothing you've ever encountered - felt like going through an eclectic commune with trees, plants and "interesting" stairs. Very much an irony once you finally arrived at the apartment - being modern and well laid out.

This apartment is in the heart of the artsy street of Via Margutta - easy access to all the things of northern Rome are literally at your feet (Piazza del Popolo, Spanish Steps, Park, Shopping, etc). We really loved the fact that there were dining options a short walk away (Babette and Angie) in each direction.

It’s just beside the Spanish Steps. You can even enjoy an empty view in the early morning! The staff are also very helpful there. It might take sometime to find the entrance but if you check your mailbox in advance, you should find the directions sent by the staff. It’s a very big door beside the Furla shop. There is also a heater in the room and it’s very warm.

My goodness what a find!! SUCH and incredible location - we must have been in everyone’s holiday snaps of the Spanish Steps as we had the windows open and absorbed the wonderful atmosphere. Super clean and well appointed rooms. Helpful staff. Brilliant spot to be in the thick of it in Rome - walk everywhere!

Amazing! We loved the room, the location, beds, bathroom, reception staff. They ordered us a taxi when leaving, room was stunning, right next to Spanish steps. I will definitely book again when in Rome.

I must say Guilia has been very helpful and friendly to us, in particular to assist in contacting relevant parties to trace the missing luggage of my sister. The room itself is very cozy, and comfortable. The location is great. I will definitely return to this accommodation for my next trip to Rome.

The only issue I faced was that although it was 10:00 am and the door was locked and I had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, the door suddenly opened and housekeeping came into the room! She was as suprised to see me as I was suprised to see her. She immediately apologised and left, but I cannot understand why she unlocked the door with her master key and came in under these circumstances. Breakfast is not served at the premises but this was not at all an issue as it's such a central location.

The location and decoration was superb. Good service at check-in and check-out as well. Definitely the first place I'll check out on my next visit to Rome. Highly recommended!

The hotel does not have any restaurant facilities. They offer a discount with Babington's next door but we found the staff rude and unhelpful. There are plenty of alternative cafes within a stones throw of the square.

The hotel was central and near numerous restaurants and very expensive shops. There were two taxi ranks 100 meters from the front door. The room, although not spacious, was well equipped with high quality furniture as was the bathroom, English speaking TV.

Maybe helpful to have printed instructions for how to use the a/c. Providing napkins in kitchen would be nice.

Front desk personnel were the best and very responsive ! Extremely helpful organizing a ride for us and helping me over the phone when I couldn’t figure out how to turn on air conditioning. Loft had plenty of room for us and a great balcony.
