The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The location was perfect for us since we were flying the day after, however, it would not be suitable if you want to be downtown.

The front desk is the heart of the hotel, so an extra smile from the front desk staff would make it pleasant when retuning after a days work

The Poolwater was really cold

I loved the room, it was really clean and comfortable. I slept so well in that bed and the Hotel is really close to the Airport.

Pillows were too soft.

What a find! Sardinian Hospitality at its best. Excellent international and local breakfast. Good food in restaurant. Excellent barman/mixologist (forget his name). Two minor suggestions: milk in the room pls for tea, advise client noisy bathroom aircon off can be turned off. and pillow menu.

This time I have not found the complimentary bottle of water and the bath robe which I had during my the first visit.

Location, facilities, amenities, cleaners and friendliness. Absolutely recommended. Special mention to Alessio during the night shift at the reception. Outstanding welcoming, professionalism and kindness.

Everything! Design, decor, facilities, amenities, space comfort and place. Absolutely outstanding. Top level management and service. Light buffet before breakfast fir early check out absolutely a treat. Absolutely recommended.

This hotel is fabulous - room was comfortable and spacious, staff are lovely, the restaurant food is fabulous and it is within walking distance of the airport terminal (although you can take a taxi if you cannot walk with your luggage). There is even shopping in a mall across the road if you have time to kill! Highly recommended.

arrived late morning and room unavailable (as expected) however was able to check in and leave luggage - staff member was intending to phone to update on room availability however that didn't happen so returned to hotel at 15.00 (check in time) to find room was available - immediately discovered that TV remote did not work due to missing battery - took the item down to reception who were unable to supply battery and said an engineer would call (waited just under an hour and no-one appeared) just managed to catch last of the sun and swim at pool which was good and when returned to room discovered that someone had been there and installed batteries. breakfast was a bit hit & miss .... cappuccino ordered but received a cup of frothy milk so exchanged for hot chocolate ... fresh fruit juices were tasteless but chocolate croissant more than made up for the disappointment.

- ideal location for airport / couple of shops & restaurants in immediate area / nicely designed hotel inside & out - I had noticed it 5y previously when en route to airport and decided to try it / lovely outdoor pool but only open until October / nicely laid out and funky colourful rooms with balcony and good size shower - no bath :( - good facilities in room including fridge and tea/coffee

Due to the fact that I was cold, it was good to have a water heater in the room to make a tea. But this is not a big minus

All the staff were extremely kind. Very good hotel, beyond our expectations. The room was superb, very clean and the breakfast very good. Close to the center if you have a car. There are some shops nearby. Free parking. I didn't try the pool but I think it's ok

It was near the airport. €20 taxi fare (min charge) could have walked but it was late. Reception very helpful. Only stayed one night

It didn't matter for our 12 hour stay, but I had expected sight of the sea. Maybe this was a misunderstanding.

Very friendly check-in; breakfast was high quality with plenty of choice; everything we needed for our short stay; nothing too much trouble; 10 mins walking distance from airport (although consider the possibility of arriving in a thunderstorm!)
