Everything!!! Not a single bad thing to talk about this wonderful place! I loved the church bells, the breakfast that Jean provided to us and the first delicious Italian pizza that we ordered.

Without a car it's a 4km walk to train station and town centre

Very welcoming - all kitchen facilities you would need - and only hosts so far that we have found to provide water, milk and a tray of breakfast croissants, jam tarts, bread bits and jam which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated! Also just a minute walk from a great restaurant - la mimosa.

The washer was a god-send as we were travelling with 3 kids. On arrival, the property was clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with amenities and sufficient trash bags - On our travels within Italy, we realised that not every place provides extra trash bags as part of the rental price.

At the check-in we had to do temperature check. Breakfast could be better (even simple bun / bread and some cheese could do the job) The site near the airport but the neighborhood kind of creepy (at least at night)

Nice place near the airport (about 10 min driving). We used it for the last night before taking the flight. We arrived at night and someone come to give as the key and left really early and he come to take it. There was a place to park the car. A packed breakfast waiting for us. Although it was just a sweet buns, chocolate and cookies, it help us pass the early morning.

the bathroom was down stairs and it a bit of a problem with small children like we had but on the the top floor is lockable door so it not huge issue just something to keep in mind

We didn't need an official receipt of payment but they prepared it anyway and asked 2 eur for it because apparently by Italian law if the amount exceeds 77eur the receipt must be with state duty stamp of 2 euros. They should subtract/include this in the final price and not ask extra 2eur on departure day for something we don't need nor asked for. There were some ants on the kitchen floor - being summer and ground floor apartment I guess it is impossible to get rid of them easily.

We as a family with 2 small children really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet location, ground floor apartment, parking literally 1m from the apartment entrance-easy to unload the luggage. We appreciated that coffee, tea and kitchen basics (sugar, salt, oil) were provided as well as cold bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival. Breakfast (included) was left in advance for all the days and it is Italian style (milk, croissants, mini pastries, mini jam and mini Nutella). The washing machine made our stay in the summer heat much easier and the washing powder was also provided (usually is not provided, but here it was). The host has prepared an info 'book' with all the necessary info about the equipment in the apartment and nearby restaurants, supermarkets etc. Contactless check-out.

There is a big distance from the airport, we thought is more close...we paid 40€ for a taxi. Jean didn't tell us about the curtains or blinds and in the morning the sun woke up us at 6 o clock....this is an important aspect to mention in the future

The apartament was clean and we have all we need for one night there. Jean was very kind, we arrived in the middle of the night at the location and he explained a lot about our facilities

This is not dislike, but only warning. If you have a heavy luggage, keep in mind you will need to lift it manually to 1st floor. For us this was not a big problem.

Apartments are equipped by everything you might need, from kitchen to bath room. We found everything we needed for cooking, cleaning and shower. Even a detailed manual how to handle this :)

Breakfast was quite poor, I still don’t understand how people can eat 1 small croissant with little bit of jam and call it a breakfast. Owner is taking the fake pandemic way too serious, he told us to wait when we arrived when he needed some time to cover up himself with shield, mask, plastic gloves etc, we had the same situation with him 1 year ago and through this time he still didn’t learn that it’s normal flu and do not have to change the world for it… my children also are looking at this and I don’t want them to watch this craziness and explain everytime why this person is so afraid of us when he doesn’t do it to his wife or neighbors, he also asked to open all the windows and curtains before we left… ( to let the virus go out or what ? ) that’s was just not ok, we felt quite discriminated like if we carry some kind of disease just because he doesn’t know us… please don’t do that !

The apartment is well equipped, very tidy and well maintained. Host lives next door and is always available to help, for example greeting us in person in spite of our late arrival. Parking is available below the windows of the apartment.

We arrived by car at night so the location looked extremely 'creepy'. Away from street lights, not a soul in sight, it was a secluded place right out of horror movie ( it was ok in the morning, still boring but ok ). No window blinds in the rooms or the bathroom! So everything is visible from the outside. Host still wears a mask and does a temperature check on arrival. There is no breakfast! It is just one small package per person of store bought welcome snack.

Apartment was big, quiet, clean and spacious. The housing complex is old and historic. Apparently it is 600 year old. Parking outside was safe and there are security cameras around the building. Corona measures and safety is taken seriously.
