It was a very average hotel, and it was very cold at night. The air conditioning was so loud and somehow broken that I had to switch it off and couldn't heat my room. The hotel taxi cars looked like from a scrap yard.

Upon arrival, reception told us that early breakfast was not available the day after even though it was quoted in their website and literature that early breakfast was available from 5am. Only to find out that when we went down after 6am, it was available but only had a couple of minutes to eat something.

Very close to the airport so very convenient. Room and hotel were very clean. Possibility of shuttle service at a fee - try calling hotel when you arrive at the airport to arrange pick up - we got charged EUR 16 from a normal taxi for a 2 minute drive to hotel

For Americans, a wash cloth in addition to the towels in the bathroom would have been good. For the price of the room, I expected better bath products (shampoo, soap, etc.) We also had dinner at the Restaurant and were a little disappointed in the food. We had just spent two weeks eating the most wonderful food in Italy and the restaurant didn't live up to the Italian cuisine that we enjoyed previously.

The staff were friendly and professional. It was also great that the young lady in the reception area spoke English. She was very helpful, going beyond to get us a bottle opener for some wine that we purchased.

When I visited in February 2024 the hotel lacked atmosphere. This was partly because it was very empty. However it also had no functioning bar - any drink before or after dinner had to be taken at a table in the restaurant. And because of the long thin nature of the main building you have to walk through a couple of characterless function rooms to get from reception to the restaurant. Finally, despite the hotel being so close to the airport there is no walking route and the only realistic way for me to get between the two was by taxi. Not surprisingly, taxi drivers were reluctant to accept such a short fare and charged a grossly inflated price for the length of journey.

A well-appointed, modernised hotel located in a large 300-year old building about half a mile from Turin’s airport. My room was comfortable. Dinner was good if not outstanding, breakfast fairly average. The staff were all very pleasant. The hotel has a good recently-installed gym with good quality equipment (mainly TechnoGym), although as with many hotel gyms it feels underused.

We arrived in the dark and even with using Google Maps we found it very difficult to locate the small entrance lane which is off of the main road - upgraded lighting and large direction signage is very much needed. In the evening we looked for a drink in the hotel and were directed to sit in the public restaurant as there was no hotel bar. While this did mean we could have a glass of wine it was very odd doing so at a large white-clothed dining table with waiter service, surrounded by other families eating their dinner. Not a big problem but I've never experienced this before. Installing some separate drink tables to create a small bar area in the restaurant would resolve this.

Good location close to the airport - room was small but clean, modern and the beds were comfortable. The Lavazza coffee machine was a nice touch and the wi-fi was fast and easy to connect to. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable and there was a good choice on offer.

Kinda isolated if you don’t have a car, but you can walk to the Burger King for a beer.

Extravagant breakfast, everything anyone could want. Great wait staff. Opens early 6:30 am. Taxi booking to airport at a good price. Burger King with beer walking distance from hotel. Fast Wifi and phone reception.

It is also an event venue and there was a noisy wedding until 7pm. It was quiet after that.

Close to airport (5 min taxi ride) Friendly staff who let me check-in a little early Average mattress but acceptable. Nice grounds. I have no idea about the history of the building but it seemed like it was an old mansion (but it good condition).
