House keeping was the one and only negative thing. He/she didn't work properly.

The hotel gives the best price/performance ratio! The location is perfect, very center of Roma. Reception staff was very helpful.

There were no robes, slippers or mini fridge in the room. That made my stay a little bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is located in a great spot, walking distance to ten main attractions, very close to the metro stop. Good breakfast, very polite staff, clean rooms.

It would be great to have a mini refrigerator and electric kettle with this price.

The location was perfect, near metro and bus station, 7 min to reach Trevi fountain by foot. It was clean, quiet, staff was great. There was a huge comfortable lobby to stay after your checkout and wait for your leaving time.

bathroom was not clean at all. there were hairs on the floor in the shower when we first came in. the walls were really thin, we listened every little conversetion. because of the location, there was a theathre next to the hotel so we heard it all and we couldnt close the window.

location was really good. it was 5 minıtes away to trevi fountain. we walked everywhere easily

There was no minibar or kettle. After the first day, they just made our bed, but didn’t clean the room until we checked out. We booked three bed -two double and one single- but the single bed was a sofa.

It’s so close to the centre and also the metro station. You can go to Trevi by walking. There are lots of restaurants for a good breakfast and dinner. Our room is big enough for three people. And the receptionists are so helpful.

A small refrigerator in room would be great. Can hear others in the hall and in their rooms.

Hotel is in a great location and the 24 hour reception and elevator are convenient for check in/out. Staff was very friendly and set up a taxi for us. Rooms are basic but clean and have large bathroom and shower.

We booked room for three people. Owerall everyting was good expect the third bed on the room. The third bed was a convertible sofa. It wasn't very comfortable.

Clean, near to the bus stations and metro station. Near to the cultural spaces like trevi fountain, spanish stairs.

Great location. It was clean. The balcony room was great to sit out on at night and have a glass of wine. It was pretty quite considering the location. It was perfect for a 2 night stay

The breakfast was adequate but a bit cramped and too busy. The rooftop terrace was closed. No tea or coffee facilities in the classic room. Tea and coffee not replenished in superior room.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. Ask for a refurbished room. Good base for exploring the city.

Very mixed feelings about this hotel. On the one hand the price felt very high for what it was however Rome is very expensive for anything decent. Our room felt very lacking in decor and charm however we walked past rooms that had the door wedged open after cleaning which looked way better than ours. The supply of soaps and shower gels wasn’t great so you should make sure you have your own. There also appeared to be tea towels instead of hand towels which was a bit odd. The breakfast wasn’t good. It was the standard continental fare but it wasn’t very good quality. We were in a room at the back and got a fair amount of noise from the theatre rehearsing next door. No TV, no fridge and a lack of artworks on the wall made it feel a bit barren. Kind of felt like a left luggage room!

The location was great. The shower was very powerful. Bed was comfortable and large. The lady on reception in the mornings was very charming and friendly.

Our air conditioning kept cutting out, I also found used toiletries in our bathroom. We were up and down stairs down really long hallways.

Operating subway system which hotel has no control over, but could have notified me by email before my arrival, so that I had the option to change my dates to three days later when the subway system was scheduled to be put back into regular service.

location very good, but would have been 10 out of ten if the subway/metro had not been shut down for my entire stay in Rome !! Breakfast very good. Front desk staff excellent. Bathroom and shower brand new designer renovation, excellent.

The shower cubicle was very small, even for a fairly slight woman, and I think a larger man might find it a bit awkward. Plus, the shower head just sort of blasted a narrow jet of water at the top of my head rather than a proper spray. This really was the only down side though, and worth putting up with for the affordable price of the room.

A great location, close to the Metro and very near the Trevi Fountain. My room was pretty basic, but very pleasant and well maintained, with a comfortable bed - very quiet too, meaning I slept unusually well during my stay! The roof terrace was a lovely spot for breakfast, and all the staff were polite, helpful and welcoming.

It was a 7 minute walk to the Trevi fountain and 15 minute walk to pantheon. The staff was nice. The room was clean.

The hotel felt safe, was clean and staff were great, its a big building it just needed more character which is difficlt to sumarise. The lounge has great views of Via Sistina, and a cute bar along with being huge, unsure if it gets used though

The Location was great, I have visited Rome on many occasions and through the Area but never stayed, it worked well to visit all attractions but additionally to explore new places.

The staff was super nice and the check in/out didn’t take more than couple minutes. I liked the location, 2 minutes from the Spanish steps and like 5 minutes from trevi’s fountain. I had an amazing experience in the hotel. Also for the price and the ratings i thought it’d be horrible,m but happily it was very nice for the price.
