The building is old and is probably in need of renovations. The bathroom shower size is meant for people who are petite size.

Walking distance to the famous Boccadasse and coastline, with many eating establishments in the area. Close to public buses and one of the stops of the sightseeing hop-on, hop-off bus. Good breakfast and coffee selection.

Bad breakfast. Really. The eggs' method of preparation must be changed. Bad orange juice. The room is not renovated and not nice. The shower is the most uncomfortable that I remember from hotels in the recent years.

The crew was nice. The location is interesting. Not in the middle of the town, but near a lovely and picturesque fisherman village, that is really worth a visit. We would never find this village if we wouldn't stay in this hotel. The hotel has parking spaces for the guest's cars.

I liked the location away from traffic of the centre, but well connected by bus. Also liked the very close walking on "lungomare" along the seaside.

Great location, very close to the seaside. Perfect for walking along the sea and great restaurants very close to the sea. Hotel room and furniture all round old fashion but functional. Easy transport connections with centre of city. would use it again.

Extremely slow elevator. My bed in our room was a cot but I was not aware of that until I sat at the foot of the bed and it collapsed. This was in the middle of the night and I went crashing to the floor waking everyone and injuring my arm and leg. Due to the language barrier and fatigue I did not mention the incident in the morning.

I did not feel safe leaving any window or door open as the rooftop is shared with another room. I could not close one of the windows properly, so I barely slept. I would have appreciated that the windows when closed, stay closed.

Very friendly and nice staff. Very beautiful area to do morning walks next to the sea. Big balcony in the room at the top with a view.

Maneuvering your car out of parking can be a challenge.

Great location and easy to find, but it is accessed by a very narrow private driveway. There is parking on site for a reasonable cost. The room is on the small size, but comfortable. You must carry bags up a short flight of stairs to access the elevator.

Very friendly staff, above all the night receptionist, the room was nice and always clean. position of the hotel is excellent...a few steps from bus station to rich GE center and 100m from the sea. Very good they offer also rent a bicycle but pity they dont have baby chiar option. The only thing they could improve a bit is the breakfast as they (in Liguria) have so many delicious they could offer.

Nice hotel with great location and parking on site. Rooms are quite big and clean. Boccadasse beach just a few minutes away by foot and 10-15 min bus ride to the Genoa Old Port.

Nothing really, breakfast is not as good as most hotel's I visited in France. I know this is Italy and maybe they do things differently, (I'm sure they do actually), but a bit variety here ?

The guy on reception was a bit of a comedian which was really nice and welcoming after a long day's motorbike ride. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. There was no restaurant open in the hotel and the reception guy told me to where to find some local bars and restaurants etc. The hotel itself was OK, nothing to write home about or complain. It's in quite a good location and if I was visiting the town again I would happily choose this one.

Water wasn’t very warm, breakfast was a tiny bit on the cheap side. And the walls are so thin that’s let’s just say it isn’t a very « family friendly » hotel since you can hear every single moan of your late night neighbour (even though bad insonorisation seems to be the case in most hotels in Italy)

Huge room, very friendly personnel, location is a bit far from touristic center but it's very easy to access by bus, and it’s close to the less touristy seaside which is nice.
