Location was in the centre of town, but best of all, above the foot traffic so it was easy to retreat to the peace of the space

Great location! Our lovely host met us at the train station and showed us to our room ( very close). Small washing machine was great to catch up on some washing. Place had everything we needed and was a perfect base for our few nights there. I would recommend!

Might be noisy in high season, not sure, we were there in November and it's on the main street from the train station so everyone walks by on the way to the harbor. Not noisy for us.

Host very friendly and helpful, easy location to find and use. It's on the main road right when you get off from the train station so very convenient.

The sofa bed in the living room needs a new mattress. It was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. Without a new third bed the apartment is really good for 2 people not 3. Otherwise our stay was pleasant and had what we needed.

Proximity to the train station is a plus and not a lot of stairs making it ideal for those who don’t want to climb steep stairs.

You have to be a seriously good sleeper - or perhaps a party animal. Apart from the general hubbub of being so central, the cafe directly below the apartment starts to come to life not long after 7am and one night was still playing music close to midnight. The microwave had gone missing, though we did find the instruction book.

Nice apartment, very (very!) close to shops, cafes and train station. Helpful host who also organised the ( separate) parking for us. Washing machine was very useful for us.

Amazing location, beautiful town busy in the day but at night clears up to only those staying in town. Close to everything, feel like a local living in this apartment. Franco great host with lots of extras included at the property. Very clean recommend to all !

Our host was very welcoming, left us fresh fruit and breakfast items as well as a bottle of wine. I had trouble with the door (my mistake in understanding how to lock it) Our host arrived within 5 minutes to help. I was amazed and delighted. He was very gracious. Very happy with my stay here. There are some stairs to the apartment, and if you have trouble lifting up your luggage to go up one short flight of stairs, then you have to reconsider staying here. Otherwise, everything is perfect. Owner is very kind and very helpful.

There is a low cabinet over the bed that made it tricky to sit up without banging your head. Once we got used to it being there it was okay.

Food supplied was great. It would have been nice to have a few instructions on operating their Nespresso coffee maker.

Nothing really. Being very picky, shower door was a bit narrow so found it a bit uncomfortable to get in and out, but again not really a big issue.

Location was absolutely perfect, in the main road only 2 steps from the train station. Lots of restaurants, gelaterias and shops just seconds away - you can even see them from the living room window. There was also some basic breakfast stuff in the kitchen, coffee and even fruit and milk.

Nothing! It was clean, stocked with fruit, eggs and milk. It was cool in May. There was noise on the street at night but the windows closed was pretty soundproof. We enjoyed this property.

The breakfast was self serve in our room. I was under the impression the breakfast was going to be in the restaurant next door but we were provided w/the basic breakfast items so all was fine. Just would have preferred to have the coffee made and ready as well as eggs prepared vs having to make it ourselves. Not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay!

The bed was rock hard and bad for old backs. The owners should invest in a foam padding of about 3 inches. The stairs into the apartment are pretty steep.

Location was right on the main (and only) street in Vernazza. One night the cafe below us had a loud party, but the other two nights were fairly quiet. There was a sitting room as well as a bedroom. Bonus - there was the world’s tiniest washing machine and clothesline so we got some laundry done.

Great little apartment with in an excellent location. The apartment was equipped with everything needed, including breakfast. The host, Franco, met us as we arrived by train, and had made us dinner reservations since restaurants were limited during the January slow season. I would definitely recommend for a couple or a family of 3.

great location, just a couple of minutes from the train station and is right in Vernazza center. Franco is such a kind, thoughtful host who truly appreciates his quests.

The host, Franco, met us near the train station with the keys. He helped us in several ways and was always responsive. The apartment was very efficient and had everything we needed. The washing machine was a great plus as was the clothes line. The cafe just below the apartment called The Lunch Box had great coffee and brioches and tasty take away lunches for our hikes.
