Location a little bit far away from the city center

The young man from the reception was very nice, friendly and he suggested us a good beach. Breakfast was very good, with plenty choises.

Lovely room, great swimming pool, amazing service - everyone was so nice and helpful. We very much enjoyed staying here. We also loved that they give you equipment to go to the beach - towels, umbrella, cold bag. I want to go back already!

The staff was very helpful in every thing we asked for, even the breakfast was more than we expected. The staff upon our arrival during the check in gave us an introduction about the area and what are the main attractions in this area, they even gave us an upgrade for the room we paid for. Highly recommended!!!!

Great large pool with plenty of sunbeds around, our room was beautiful, with nice balcony overlooking the pool. Bed was comfortable, fast wifi in the room worked perfectly. The breakfast was amazing with all you could think of (cakes, fresh fruit, variety of cheeses and hams). The staff at the reception were all really nice and helpful. We really welcomed the option to pakr our car in the garge (away from the heat) and the option to borrow the parasol and cool bag for the beach was also great benefit. We stayed at five hotels around Sardinia and La Funtana was the best.

Best Hotel price-quality wise I've been to on Sardinia. Great and friendly staff. Everything was super clean and facilities were good! The gym is located near the pool and is a bit smaller then expected, but once again very clean and well equiped. The place is like a 15 min walk to the center which can be an exercise on hot days, but that means the hotel is in a more quiet area. The supermarket is just across the street and the pool is also great. Also, besides the staff, most guest also seemed more relaxed then anywhere else we've been. Breakfast was also great, many options and a lot of it was homemade.

Amazing stay at the property. Everyone is so welcoming and warm. Would definitely recommend this. Location is great- just 15 min walk to the market, and great restaurants. They have tie up with some amazing restaurants offering discounts. They can also book tours for you. They provide beach umbrellas and towels, which just made it easier to go to the beach everyday. Special mention to Riccardo- at the bar. He makes some of the best cocktails. He has so much knowledge about them. Have had some amazing cocktails from him. More importantly- such a warm and hospitable person. Sophian- the night manager, took special care at our early morning checkout. He served us hot coffee with delicious cake and croissants. He bakes the cake on his own in the night. Such a pleasing hospitality ! During your stay- if you happen to see Catalan Tart in the breakfast menu- please try it out. It was so fresh and yummy ! Overall, this was the best and comfortable stay during our vacation .

Location was within walking distance of the centre at night. On-site parking. Breakfast was amazing. All freshly baked tortes and cakes. Great to have a pool but it was very cold. Staff were very helpful.

Very friendly staff, always helpful. Special mention to Ricardo and Chiara thanks for making our stay special. Lovely pool cleaned daily. No trouble with getting sunbeds in the morning but they might be all taken by the afternoon. Good food nice bar.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, clean room, excellent breakfast (a lot of tasty sweets), nice pool with sun-beds and umbrellas. Great location - supermarket across the street, nice restaurant (Il Giardino) very close to the hotel, 15 min walk to the Rena Bianca beach, and 5-10 min drive to a lot of amazing beaches, including Capo Testa. Free large parking available at location.

An overall excellent stay at Hotel La Funtana. The location was perfect, short walk into the town to lots of restaurants and short walk to the port to access the boat trips to the islands, which the hotel staff helped us to book. The facilities were very clean. Pool was excellent with sun beds always available. Breakfast was delicious. The highlight of our stay were the staff. They were outstanding, very friendly, attentive and helpful. A special mention to Ricardo the Bar man who looked after us very well during our stay.

Nothing, everything was good.

The hotel is very clean, well located just in front a supermarket. The city is a 10min walk or 2min drive where you can find all the restaurants and business. All staff is very kind and attentive with the guests, really felt in a 5-star hotel with their tratment. Special thanks to the barman Riccardo that has very good drinks and is super nice!

Balcony not with every room. I guess it's on request or have to add as extra. For what we paid in June 2023, the hotel was exceptional

Staff were amazing! So helpful and happy which means so much to our stay! The reception desk was great! They helped us with everything while holding the biggest smile and also to book activities! Cocktails by Cosimo were out of this world! Carosello fizz was absolutely fabulous! Coffee was great! Room was really clean! Location was within walking distance of the main square. Free parking at the hotel was a treat not having to worry about the rental car! WiFi was great. The pool was nice,clean and quiet. Sun beds available pretty much all the time. Decor around the hotel was quirky and nice. Beds and pillows were really comfy towards the norm.

The AC in our room was making tons of loud noises.. we got barely any sleep. We only stay one night so we didn’t really made a big deal of it.
