There’s a bit of street noise but its quiet when needed. Be aware there is a Rome City capitation tax to be paid in cash on arrival. This was handled well!

It was a lovely room close to Termini, an easy walk from the Airport train (we felt safe walking and eating in the local area which had great connections to everywhere in Rome). We were met at the property at the agreed time to leave bags and collect keys. Daily service of very warm and soundproofed room. The room design is great and has the comfort and amenities needed. Reviews said we’d be lucky to secure a room: we were!!We were very happy here on our first visit to Rome

Perfect location, 5 minute walk from train station, 15 to collesuem, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops near by, room was clean, good size and nice view looking onto a park, staff wer very informative, and friendly, they were amazing, got free bottle of wine in room , and some free drinks on valentines day to try from bar...would highly recommend.

I would say the only problem we had was trying to get into the accommodation when we arrived from the airport. Instructions we were given by text to locate and use the key were difficult to follow. We also used the wrong key and had to move the next morning to another room in the same apartment.

I liked the generosity of the host, I can always refill tea, coffee, sugar and chocolates. Could also help ourselves to the wine. The room was cleaned every day. The location was great, near to train station so we were able to visit Florence. There was so much to see and do. We were only 20 minutes walking distance from coloseum and was able to walk to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The weather was beautiful for January.

There is no shower fan, so the room got humid. Getting through the street door was difficult for the first time.

A lot of noise from outside and from the neighbors. The area is a bit strange, being located near the Termini station, but quite populated.

The hospitality they showed even though the owner wasn’t in the country, the room looked good, we didn’t miss anything. Thank you for that!

The location was just 2 minutes from the train station which, in Italy, makes it a little bit of a sketchy place, but the room and apartment for itself was really safe.

Everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable, great location. Just enough room for the two of us. Everything was working properly and the cleaning lady was so neat and perfect.

Wonderful modern apartment! Great location, walking distance to everything in Rome. Comfy bed, hot shower, safe and secure property. Room is cleaned every day. The host is very friendly and accomodating. Nothing to complain about! 10/10

I recommend the place. Great location. You have a direct train/bus or metro from the airport to Tremini station which is 1 min away from the apartment. Easy and simple communication with the host, he gave us great suggestions for food. we checked in at 22:00 and there was no problem. Responsible cleaning staff.

We didn't have wifi on the first night. It was back when we got back in the evening the second night though. The room was quite small but to be expected with this location at this price.

Excellent location to use public transport including from airport, very clean and seemed recently renovated. The host was very responsive and accommodating for the time of arrival and let us leave our bags after checkout.

Small room with not enough space for luggage. In need of some TLC. The street is not clean but did not feel unsafe. Likely typical for Rome.

Ulli, the owner was friendly and responsive and Valentina cleaned our room daily. Room was quiet, no noise from the street. Location is close to Roma Termini and easy to find. Great Mercato nearby, with fresh food and lots of choices.

The owner was really helpful and friendly, he still asked by WhatsApp if we need something and gave us some tips for good restaurants. The housekeeper was also really kind, even we checked in earlier (approx. 11am). The room was very clean and sunny and everyday we have service and housekeeper changed towels. There is also bar with some alcohol and owner allowed us try some for free,even we got one small bottle of sparkling wine one evening. Location is great, near station termini.

We had a really nice stay. We liked the location very much. The communication with the owner was great, he was available for every request and very kind. The cleaning lady was coming every morning to change the towels and to clean the room. They took care of the details: bags of coffee and tea in the room, music in the hall; we felt very welcomed.

The location was great, very close to Rome Termini, 20 minutes by feet from the room to Colosseum; the room was very clean and spacious enough for two persons; also, the host was very friendly and helped us with any request.

Although there is an air conditioner, we couldn’t lower the temperature as much, making it sometimes a bit hot at night (have in mind we were staying in August). Also the lady cleaning the apartment doesn’t speak any English making it a bit challenging, but we managed to communicate nevertheless :) Anyway I wouldn’t say we had any bigger problems.

Location was perfect, as all monuments were in walking distance (with the exception of Vatican, for which we opted to use metro - also pretty convenient). We booked the smallest room, however everything we needed was provided and it was overall a very comfortable stay. Moreover we adored the view from our window and had a very amiable host :) I would definitely recommend this place

When we entered the room and when we turned off the AC for a while, there was a sudden humid and musty smell.

Ulli is extremely helpful and amiable. He always replied quickly to any questions. The AC cools perfectly, the welcome chocolate and wine are a big plus, and the staff clean the room every day. The best thing is that they provide soaps instead of shampoo and shower gel, which is cool and eco-friendly compared to other hotels. They are also considerate to provide body lotion, cotton pads and cotton swabs.
