We enjoy ALL our stay! The food was great italian style (old lady Marina special recipes country taste with fresh and home made ingredients, luxury breakfast) and the view was amazing!!! The ladies of the staff from reception, to kitchen and waitress make us feel like home! Very clean rooms and with all things you can need! I recomand you to try local wine from property “cantina”…. We will recomand and comeback!!!

The staff forgot we were supposed to come . We waited for half an hour for someone to appear. We were lucky with a neighbour that went and called them from home. It was cold (16 degrees) in the room until the next day. We were given a small apartment instead of the room we booked, so it cost us a lot more than it should have.

There were problems with shower in one room.

Absolutely lovely hosts - they spoke only Italian, but we could understand each other without problems. We felt like at home. The family restaurant was perfect, we had the best dinner here. The beds were very comfortable. Easy parking for cars.

The apartment was big and nice. There were a lot of mosquitos. The apartment was on the ground level, so we had to stay with closed caps on the windows most of the time.

Super friendly owners! we had a wonderful time at La Marina. The swimming pool was great and the room was very comfortable (with a nice view!). As announced in the description, there was no airco. This was not a problem for us. The room didn’t get really hot because of good shutters that we could open at night. We also had a nice risotto dinner at the restaurant one night. Parking was possible in private garage or on the street. Overall, we were very happy at La Marina!

Good location with a great view, hotel is very clean all around. Breakfast is served fresh everyday with a nice selection of local products. But the best part is the hotel management and staff! All are lovely people; they will help you with anything with a smile and great attitude. Had a blast to be their guests even though they made us feel as if we’re family…

It’s the 2nd time we spent a night at La Marina Ristotel when traveling Italy and enjoyed it very much. Spacious rooms, very comfortable. The hotel is situated in an unspoilt nature in the hills of Pontida. Very friendly hosts, a lovely restaurant with wonderful cucina Bergamasco - the Tagliata with Angus Beef was delicious and they have a well assorted wine cellar. So don‘t miss this Place when coming to Bergamo!

The internet in our room was very poor. Kitchen could be better equipped. No kitchen towels, very little dishes, hence we had to clean them after each usage. The pool is really nice, however, it can be used only till 19:00. Hence on the arrival we couldn’t use it :( and it was still bright till much later hours. The kids slide cannot be used to slide into the pool, which was my impression based on the photos.

A nice hotel with a clean, nice swimming pool. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff did all they could to make our stay comfy. We were served an amazing breakfast!
