The breakfast was served by a gal That stood watching everyone as though they might take too much, very uncomfortable.

The place had great potential, but the pool was closed for the season...and it was green with algar..the pool was a big feature of the entrance so it was unsettling to see it look like that. Also the por h was a high brick wall with low sling back chairs...certainly not for seeing the view. Good sized room with no personality.

We were not told before we went that the pool was closed or that the pizza restaurant was also closed.

Few details would need more attention such as some more electric plugs into the room (nothing nearby the bed and only 2 plugs at the desk where we unpluged TV and light to be able to charge our phones as wel as our respiratory assistance). No international channels, only hundreds of useless Italian channels More advance communication toward the guests would be needed to inform about the restaurant closure due to a business event so we could have better organized ourselves (we had to drive several kilometers to find something due to the remote location of the resort).

The staff was really nice and friendly from the housekeeper to the breakfast attendant with a special thanks to Anna from the reception. Most of the resort has been fully refurbished and renovated with a nice style and decoration items. Good breakfast with enhanced choice of sweet and salted items. Nice coffee shop tabacco and newspaper open until midnight on spot. We did not used the pool but it is very large and just a step from the beach with a stunning view over the Palermo bay.

Wifi was not working in the bedroom. As a woman alone it can feel unsafe if you’re coming from the train station of Ficarazzi to the hotel in the night time as there is no footpath. L

It was too far outside of Palermo and there was not much to do in the area around the hotel. Restaurant was not the best value for the money.

Nothing really

Clean, great facilities, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Location is close to Palermo which is easily reachable. Facilities are ideal for a family

AC was not working properly. Toilet got locked once we closed doors, we were not able to open it anymore. They provided us with key, but they were not surprised since this is obviously something that happens frequently.

Place was really clean and girl that works at the reception was really nice and helpful. Pool and beach area is amazing, only lacking bar.

Even though the hotel is super clean, the area around it is very dirty, piles of garbage on the streets spoil the whole image :(

Very nice hotel both interior and exterior design, close to the sea, a quiet zone for a relaxing holiday outside of busy Palermo. Walking around I had a chance to have at a typical Sicilian lifestyle. The staff is great, at the reception and also a nice beach man-everyone is friendly and helpful!

Bathroom wasn’t as clean as you’d like it to be (mirror was quite dirty and floor as well). We couldn’t sleep because of noise from a wedding / birthday party going on at the hotels restaurant. Little kids paying until midnight in front of our room. Noise from breakfast which started at 7.00.. sleeping wasn’t the best part of our stay :)

The receptionist who checked us in was very nice. She helped us figuring out whether a restaurant nearby was open (because of a national holiday) and she even wanted to call the restaurant to book us a table. So kind!! All the other staff members we have seen were nice and hardworking too. The swimming pool are is great. Breakfast is OK and the bed was comfortable. If there wasn’t a loud party during our stay, this hotel would have been a 10/10.

Woken by a few doors banging during the night.

Lovely location just a short drive from the ferry terminal in Palermo. we were off season but it would be lovely on a sunny day. Great dinner included with half board. View of the sea.

The only bad thing to say about the hotel is its location. It is nicely situated by the beach, but the neighbourhood was as run down as a suburb in Mogadishu. Garbage all over in plastic bags. Halfbuilt buildings or half ruins on the road to and from the hotel. The hotel can't be blamed, but this is something, that ought to be dealt with. It ruins the overall impression of the area.

Staff and location was excellent. Breakfast and staff in restaurant the same. Pool was still open which is good when you travel with children. Restaurant was excellent the first couple of days, but lowered its standard. Not to say it was bad - but in comparison. I would especially want to praise the staff on the hotel. The cleaning was beyond expectations like the service at the breakfast buffet. Bar service as well.

The restaurant for dinner has no atmosphere, and we were largely ignored, so ate there only once before finding friendlier places nearby.

We stayed 3 nights, out of season in October. Pool looks great, and easy access to the beach. Reception staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

breakfast needs to be improved. not enough savoury selection of food. awful scrambled eggs. “juice” was coloured sugared artificial drink, coffee mediocre. also the shower head and towel rail in the bathroom were faulty.

beachfront location and lovely pool. room had a fantastic terrace onto the open sea. view of sunrise and sunset. big comfy bed. nice lobby.

The food at the breakfast was low-class. You just have toast for bread and the omelette was cold (also the spoon was inside the omelette, including the handle of the spoon, which everybody touched).

The single rooms were nice and clean. The staff was always friendly and trying to help. The pool area was good as well.

Nice hotels, location a bit questionable, but manageable if traveling by car! Nice for families, right on the beach and nice pool area. Room was big, comfortable and clean! Air-conditioning worked very well!
