The canal can be a bit loud, but then again, if you choose to stay innthe middle of the town you should expect that.

Lovely little hotel: clean, comfortable, pretty, lovely staff, good amenities. Really good location (easy access from airport), easy to walk/take the vaporetto to all the sights. Very Venetian as located right next to a canal.

Nothing. My check-in was remote (no staff on-site) so try to plan ahead, get the host's Whatsapp, and complete pre-checkin prior.

The hosts and wait staff are so welcoming, friendly, and patient. They were flexible on check-out time and so generous to hold my luggages after I checked out. The house is beautiful, each room is named and decorated with an illustration atop. Bedroom, bathroom, were nice and very clean. Biggest plus is the location. Only 7' walk from the main train station. And the area is very lively. I had my windows open day and night to hear the bustling of families, friends, people being happy and grateful they are in the beautiful Venice.

The location was outstanding, within an easy walk from the train terminal and yet well into the main street shops and restaurants. Lucia was kind and helpful, accommodating our special requests both for our arrival and departure. It was a wonderful stay for my wife and I--will accommodate a couple nicely. The quality of the facilities enhance your overall experience in Venice.

I miss a sofa in the common room, which would make it very cozy.

This charming palazzo is quintessentially Venician and one feels simultaneously transported to bygone times but with all necessary modern amenities. The bathroom is spacious, hot water functions very well. The detail given to the woodwork and the finishing in the rooms makes the stay a really joyful experience.

The only thing I didn't like was the check out it was 11 o'clock we weren't allowed to have a late checkout unless I booked the room for extra day at full price but apart from that very good

Quick walk from the station with only one bridge to go over (which is good if you've got suitcases). View over the canal was gorgeous. Nice and close to bars & restaurants. I was very unwell on our final day & it was a very comfortable place to spend time in bed.
