Room was small but very clean. The hosts were kind and helpful. The location is a quick walk to the metro, so we conveniently took the Malpensa express train from the airport to Centrale station and then the yellow line to the room. The Duomo is about a 15 minute easy walk.

Only tiny downsides were that the shower seemed to fluctuate between hot and cold a bit, and the neighbours were a bit noisy, keeping my partner awake one of the nights we stayed.

We loved this room. We booked the classic double to save some money, and I was worried it would feel very dated. It didn’t at all. The room was small but cosy and had great ambiance. Everything was clean, good facilities, very comfortable memory foam bed, smart TV, and a lovely continental breakfast laid out for us to eat whenever we chose. Location was super convenient, really close to the Crocetta metro station but also only a 20-30min walk to the Duomo. All staff were also really helpful and friendly.

Very clean, towels changed every single day, coffee machine which pods refilled every day, as well as fruit and different types of breakfast provided. Excellent service!

The ‘check-in’ is the 3rd place you need to visit when you arrive (check-in office, garage (5 mins walk) and the accommodation itself) and no place to stop with your car, so with your luggage is a bit tiering. The matraces were a way too soft and worn out, so the 2 nights resulted a very few hours of rest. It is strange, because the apartment itself is modern and recently renovated. The dried toasts presented for breakfast are not in relation with the price of the rental price. I had to fight for my invoice, but finally got it, this is why it is not reflected in my ratings, however if you need a company invoice, I suggest you not to leave them after paying until you get that.

Safe and spacious apartment with many prepared equipment you might need when you stay and cook in your accommodation. It’s nice that they offer a private parking place, even if that is a few minutes walk away from your room. The bathroom is nice and clean as well.

No wifi, Sadly and mobile reception not best . WIFI connection is a must if visiting for work. Shower cubicle very small, couldn't adjust the shower head unfortunately. if wasn't for missing wifi I would give 10/10

Everything was spot on. I will be staying there again. Nice , clean, quiet, private , restaurant literally next door. Staf great , very helpful. Comfy bed.

Drive in & out must be paid. Garage is certainly a Shop box .. Had challenges to adjust Heater .

Isabella is a wonderful host, we have arrived earlier than normal, extremely tired, and she saw us and tried to help us asap to enter the room. All you need inside room, very spacious, kind people, room was extremely clean, walking distance from the city center. Value for money, I would come back for sure!!!

It's not about dislike, because we have stayed for 1 night and for a short time, but there is tramp outside the window which you can recognize and it can even wake you up early in the morning. So if you do not have a good sleep usually, this can surprise or annoy you.

The room was very clean and well equipped. It perfectly fit the purpose and met the expectations. Very nice surprise were prepared breakfast in form of muffins, croissant, yogurt, juice, fruits, tea, coffee, etc. Just about anything what you can think of before getting out again to explore the city.

The area doesn't have many food choices

The space was fantastic! Larger than most hotel apartments we have stayed in Milan. The place is spotlessly clean! Good job to the cleaner, Mr. Rawula. Pantry area was always replenished with snacks, yoghurt & water. Nearest Metro is Crochetta, which is 2 stops to Duomo & 6 stops to Centrale.

Minor complaints: I needed 3 keys to unlock 4 different doors to get into my room, so I had to lug around a relatively large set of keys. The bedsheet was a bit scratchy and definitely not the most comfortable. Also, the bath towel quality was very poor, not an exaggeration to say it was one of the roughest and least comfy towels I’ve ever experienced. Wasn’t a big deal though since I was only staying a couple days.

Good location relatively close to the Duomo (walking distance), clean, and they supply you with some free pastries and fruit for a quick snack/bfast. Comfortable room with great AC!

The place is centrally located, very near to the center, just 4 stations with the tram no 16 from the duomo ,tram station just opposite the place. if early arrival you can leave your luggage in the office they carry it to the room. The staff very kind friendly and helpful. The suit rented was very clean, well equipped with all amenities incl washing machine , in the kitchen a fridge and electrical plate , incl fruits, butter, melted cheese, jam, and crackers tea coffee and milk enough for a breakfast. In short a perfect place. warmly recommended
